Took in for service oil, filter, and check fluids, and apparently, they have to play with buttons and nobs cause I'm still trying to get things set back the way they were before we took it in

went in for oil/filter change . fast service with appointment however oil pan seal was leaking. no one mentioned it and was found out by ciocca service tech within 2 week period. Was lucky had a warranty recall for something else .wouldve had oil leak for 4k miles if i didnt go to the main service center in timely period. !

I bought my truck from Ciocca, came with 10 oil changes. Just like everyone else, I am always on time with my appointment. 20 min early, been waiting 2 hours and counting for my oil change. I feel that’s completely unacceptable. I understand 45- 1 hour, and I was here 20 min after opening on a Sunday. I’m disappointed in the turnaround time, especially for an oil change.

Did express service. Just for an oil change. Got told I needed all this stuff done. Like almost 2 grand for a car with 50k miles on it.Took it to a certified mechanic from Subaru that’s my neighbor and was told I got lied to.However I held off thank god. Brakes were just changed 3 months ago said I needed new ones. Told me they would rotate the tires and I marked them with chalk. Never were rotated. So I’ll be in contact with Subaru USA, about this place. Never had this kinda service at FaulknerIt’s not express either. Better plan on dropping it off and coming back tomorrow

I've always had great service with ciocca and their express service is great, especially since they're open 7 days a week, I believe.

More often than not when you go there it’s a 2 to 4 hour wait. It’s always a hassle. They always ask if you have an appointment, which is not what express service implies. If you make an appointment that’s regular service and if appointments get in the way of “express” then it’s not express. Appointments should be regular drop off service. I’m tired of leaving because it’s not express. Saying you’re full with appointments negates “express”. The salesman sell it as “just bring it in and take care of it, no appointment needed.” But experience tells you that you need to make an appointment. If I’m going to make an appointment I’ll bring it to the garage around the corner from the house. Where they don’t charge twice what Subaru does. It’s not really a selling point if it’s it’s not as it’s sold. They give you free oil changes when you buy the car, but if I have to pay I’m going for convenience and this is not that. Stop taking appointments, make it express, first come first serve and if someone needs an appointment that’s for the regular service department. The people are always nice and they have to be, because unfortunately the position they are put in makes people just leave. Done with it, don’t care if it’s free. Not driving all the way down there to be turned away. Bottom line, not convenient, not express, make an appointment and if your paying go somewhere else. This has totally jaded my Subaru buying experience. I’d rather have a discount on the car then have my time wasted every oil change. This is probably the game. Free oil changes that you’ll get frustrated with and not use. We have 2 Subarus and love the cars but we won’t be using their service anymore.Service: Oil change

The service is fine, timely, and efficient. However, everytime I go for service, within 2 minutes of my arrival, I get a text to see if I want to trade my car, etc. That is a HUGE turn off. I've asked them not to do that. I've purchased 3 cars there. Doesn't that show I'm a loyal customer? I don't need to be solicited like that! Faulkner is looking better and better!!
