Worst customer service ever! Headlights loose, corner light was loose, car didn’t start, guy turned car off and didn’t let us test drive it. Guy walked away with the key as we was looking for it waiting for the alternator to charge the battery. Check engine light was on and he had no idea why. The oil was two full quarts of oil above the full line. He was also on the phone the entire time! The worst experience I have ever had and this is supposed to be a business.

I have used him several times to transfer cars.Actually referred a couple people there- " He is right on Union BLVD. and a nice guy " Went to get a notary for a duplicate title and he refused.He does not do little stuff like that anymore.Asked for a recommendation and I was told they are up and down the street, go find one.

I heavily procrastinated on getting my inspection done this year and it was coming down to the final days of the month. I started to panic as its now Saturday and the 1st was a Monday. I called basically every garage and car shop in Bethlehem and Allentown and not one place had any stickers or they didn't have the availability. Someone told me to call one more place which was Chaars Auto Service, I called and the owner picks up and tells me I can get you in right now since it sounds like you really need it done. (its now 4 oclock on Saturday) like i was blown away he was willing to do this for me so late and last minute. I ended up needing more than just an inspection, turns out my brake pads were basically down to nothing but Wally (who is the owner and only person working) went above and beyond to get my brake pads replaced and inspect my car before my inspection ran out. I appreciate what Wally did and I truly recommend going to see him!!

Great service! Chaar goes out of his way for his customers. Great prices. I've been dealing with him for years now. He even waited a hour after closing hours for me once. I highly recommend him to all my friends! He also has a great sense of humor.
