I took my vehicle there 3 weeks ago and I gave them a run down on what needed to be fixed. I picked my vehicle up. They charged me $601 and they did not fix the things I asked them to.
I was referred here. They have tons of cars on the lot. I thought it was a car dealership. Turns out they are customer cars. Wondering who else they have ripped off.
Prior to me getting my vehicle back. I had to call these people. They didn't return calls. I texted them and they just ignored me. I went there a few times to check on my vehicle and I sent my brother over there. Each time there was an excuse.
Never again!

Horrible customer service, barely said hi, I had to walk around to find someone. Seemed unable to focus k a single tasks, took over a hour for a smart start calibration when it normally takes less than 10 minutes…. They would go over to my truck and do one thing and walk away, and then come back 10 minutes later and do one thing and then walk away again .

Had a few "ok" experiences with service here, but, always takes longer than it should because Capri is always distracted.After Capri did a no show after making an appointment with him directly one hour before, waiting for 1.75 hours, I left and will never go back.The other workers and his brother were super nice and apologetic for him.I went to Carpency Auto Body, and what great customer service. In and out in ten minutes. Highly recommend going there instead for Smart Start needs.

I meant both of the owners and they are super nice people. They are very honest and do quality work definitely a trustworthy operation. People you can actually trust to work on your vehicle.I like both of the guys very much they were very kind and very honest which is not easy to find these days.
