This review is for the mens soap. The staff was nice but unknowledgable about their product. I asked of it was cold process and how long they cured the bars and they had no idea what I meant. I later found out they offer soap making workshops so that really had me confused that they had no idea about my question. However i was already there and decided to give them a try and bought 2 bars. Commando and kracken i believe. After using both of them i can say the soap has nowhere near enough scent and doesnt lather very well at all. Disappointed and cant say i will be returning. Dr squatch and others had way more scent and lather as well as being natural.

Friendly staff! Great selection of products. If you don't see it ask they might be able to make for you. If you haven't tried the laundry soap please do best product I have used in a long time. It also makes you laundry smell fresh!

The products is cheap and the store workers are so kind and friendly and helpful and I got 2 free soap from a worker thank you for the customer service.

Great place!! Fell in love with the cherry almond scent. May look into girls' night in future. Caring and helpful employees!! Cruelty free. ? Not 100 . I need to do more research.

First time visiting Buff City, I had received a laundry detergent as a gift and needed a refill. The gentleman that assisted me was so helpful and friendly. The store was spotless and well stocked. I am a rewards member now, will return often.

Second time I’ve been here in a week. Hours are different. Person in the store but will not let a customer in a few minutes early? I have a broken foot but she’ll make me stand out here. Leaving and never coming back. Too bad I like the products

stopped in tonight to check it out. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in which is something I really look for when it comes to a business like this. There were two girls in the back cutting soap and talking & didn’t acknowledge me or my daughter much. She was excited to watch them cut the soap & even sat down to watch & ask questions about it. they dismissed her completely. She’s 5 & even asked them if they had shampoo bars and the girl looked at her & didn’t answer at all. My daughter absolutely loves cosmetics like this & if they would have been a little more nicer & gave us a better experience I would have supported here with a purchase of a few things she wanted.We were finally acknowledged by The older lady as we were walking out. Seemed very nice.It’s unfortunate that we didn’t have a good first experience.

Modern and clean variety of soaps for bath and laundry. Very helpful staff and they make the soaps in store too! Signing up for deals make the prices more attractive.

Went there yesterday and bought one of their holiday soaps, Holly time(I think it's called) it smells so good and left my bathroom smelling so good. Their stuff is made at store (you literally have the store maker making soapstone her desk) met the manager, she such a sweetheart. If you miss fortune cookie soap, this place is a great alternative for those in the Allentown area.

Store is nice. Decent size selection. You can even make your own soap. Smell hits you as soon as you walk in the door
