I was in a jam, other U-Haul company on emmaus avenue screwed us over. Googled another company and was hesitant to try another one, but I needed to figure out something fast. The lady at the front desk at rental on south 4th st was so helpful and patient and got us on our way and out of a jam.

Have rented a storage unit from hear in the past. The unit was clean and ready when I got to it. Had no issues at all during the time I rented, which was just over a years time. They have a gated of property, you will receive a pass code to enter the property. Also have security cameras on location. There is also somebody in the office till 5 o'clock if you would need any assistance. They also rent u hauls there for anybody who might need one. Best to go on the u haul app and reserve your date and hours you will need the rental for. I would get another unit from hear if I ever needed to.

I always have a great experience at this budget. I rented a storage unit a few years ago and the customer service was so great that I decided to go with them again.Jesse Roth helped me both times and she is so pleasant to deal with. with all the stress of moving it was nice to have an interaction with a company who showed empathy and cared. I highly recommend budget on S. 4th St.

The lady at the front desk is very rude and snobby!! I was able to successfully get my storage unit while having to deal with the women’s attitude because she seemed to be in a rush to leave work due to it being close to closed hours. After recovering the keys from front desk, I needed help opening up the packaging for the pad locks and she locked the doors and I was knocking for help on the door and she stared at me and ignored me!! Don’t expect respectful customer service.

Overally good.. way to many mice droppings. Length of time renting and cost kept rising. Overally a good experience.

Young lady behind the counter very nice and respectful. She helped me while helping three other people at once . People need to understand that because you are a customer does not mean the young lady behind counter is obligated to do your job for you . I literally watched a gentleman ask her why she could not fill out his lease for him . Although I did not actually end up renting a storage unit she drove me to each locations in her vehicle considering I rode a bike. Very very great help and we’ll return when something becomes available

Been storing my stuff here for 3 years. I love the area and pricing. The only off thing is.... usually have good people behind the counter. I do not know whose there now, but I would like the people from 3 years ago to definitely return.
