I just started renting a storage unit from Budget Store & Lock today. It was such a pleasant and easy experience. It started with Mary Sullivan in the rental office. She was so pleasant and efficient and made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend Budget Store & Lock Self Storage.

Very clean, everything is secure, front desk is staffed and willing to help you. Just bring your own lock when setting up a storage unit. The higher the grade lock, the better it is.

I have never given a bad review before, but I felt compelled to make people aware. Long story short, I rented a unit here and set up auto pay. 7 months after I get a call asking about what unit I had and proceeded to fill them in with my info. My card wasn't charged after the 2nd month because the employee they had working there was scamming the place. They then decided to charge me for every unpaid month, which is fine, but then they decided that they wanted to charge me a late fee for every month along with a restart fee. I decided to talk to the owner and he didn't even want to hear what I had to say. He was completely rude, arrogant and blamed me for not making sure that I wasn't keeping up with transactions on my card. I own a business and don't have time to go through all my credit card transaction, hence why I set up auto pay. This man doesn't know how to run a business, doesn't know how to hire employees and doesn't know how to manage them. I do a lot of business with storage places across the North East due to my business and I have never had such a bad experience. They were close to locking my storage out for auction without me even knowing. Steer away from this place! There are so much better storage companies in the area. I will be contacting the better business bureau!
