Received tires made in 2022 in 2024. 1/3 shelflife gone - it’s wrong.
Customer service says 9am EST but it’s not open. Phone customer service hold is over 1hr and it doesn’t even say how long the wait time is. Website response for original prepuchase inquiry was 5days.
This website is borderline scam - purchased on tiremart, CC charge was some company “USED TIRES” and shipping label was Priority Tires.
Completely disappointed - not at all hopeful that I will get my money back

Purchased 2 tires after they was on my truck for around 2 months I noticed one of them coming apart so I contacted them about it
They wanted all the info on the tire including the manufacturer date turns out the tire was 9 years old and was sold to me as a new tire
After contacting them and asking them to make it right they give me the same old story that there a 3rd party and it has to be the manufacturer that warranty’s it all they do is copy and paste the same reply every time you contact them
Very unprofessional company I would run around on slick tires before I ever bought another tire from them

Two days since ordering, tires haven't shipped. A shipping label was apparently created yesterday, according to FedEx. I called to see if they were in fact in stock and going to ship, and was on hold for 35 minutes before simply giving up.
