I had an account at the Bank of America but because I didn't use it, they froze my account, which they should do to be able to use it again.

I always have a lot of banking for work when I come in, and they are always incredibly patient and professional. They are usually quite busy, but they always handle it well with smiles on their faces and do everything they can to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible.
