When an opening time is posted, the store should be open. Your store doesn't get both my time and money. I'm waiting on you to open the store when you’re late for work. when an opening time is posted, the store should be open…your lack of time management earned 1 star!
… save the time from writing a response you could’ve used that time to open the store.

Was there for just a headlight. The elder man wasn't too pleasant. Gave me an attitude when I asked for help to change it. I have severe arthritis in 1 hand, and limited use of the other due to tendonosis. I knew he didn't want to help-he stated I have to take the battery out 1st...no I don't. I ended up changing it, took time, effort, and pain...but atleast I didn't have to listen to that older guy's excuses. I will always use Auto Zone on Tilghman, they are a fantastic crew!! Just will not ever go to, will always avoid, that older man. Minus that employee, "Keep up the good, friendly, helpful reputation you have, Auto Zone!

Great place to purchase anything for your vehicle had a little problem with your cashier but it was resolved due to manager Ashley who is a great person who definitely took care of situation thx ash

Big thanks to Robert at this Autozone that went so out of his way to help my mom with her car battery. He might’ve gotten in trouble for doing what’s not part of his job description but mom and I truly appreciate it!!! He deserves a raise ;)
