Needed service identified and explained thoroughly with quoted price. Service consultant (Jade) kept me apprised of status and vehicle work completed in timely manner. Vehicle washed as well.

Great Service, I did NOT purchase a car from here yet just due to interest rates and the economy at the moment. However they were very helpful and transparent. Will consider them in the future.

Super bummed I have to revise my previous 5 star to 1. Copy/Past from Dealer Rater:
On 6/11, I bought a used S4 from Ciocca Audi. I was happy with the car and sales man. I knew the car was in an accident. The service records were provided solely by Audi Allentown. The previous owner had all services completed there, as well as facilitating the repair to the rear end.
About 3 weeks later a friend came to visit me and noticed there was a split in the rear taillight. The next day it rained, and I noticed moisture inside the tail light. I called Ciocca, they told me to bring the car in. I explained to the Service Advisor that I just bought the car and that I knew it was in an accident and it looked like someone didn’t glue it in correctly.
I got a video 45 minutes later from the tech. He confirmed the entire taillight was broken and needed to be replaced. He also told me the entire front and rear brakes needed to be replaced. I was pretty shocked. Jade called me to explain their findings. I told him that I just bought the car, and there was no damage anywhere. Jade quickly brushed me off with “You probably hit something, we inspect all the cars.” Well obviously they don’t, because they sold me a car with 3mm brake pads left. I was quoted $3800 for brakes and the taillight, for a car I’ve owned less than 90 days and paid $41k+ cash for less than three months ago.
I love the car, just a terrible experience with the dealer. I reviewed the repair notes from the replacement taillight, the tech called out all sorts of glue jammed into it. It was obviously a botched repair job that I know how to pay for. Cole in Service also read the notes and said that when they received the car back from lease, they suggested new brakes, but Ciocca just decided not to do it. Why fix and sell something, when you can just sell it broken and pass the 3k+ bill onto the next guy?
If you’re buying a 100k Audi, you’ll probably have a better experience, but if you’re looking for a good used car, they really don’t care. I wish this wasn’t the case. I tried to complain politely but no one really seems to care.
Love the car, really just a terrible service experience.

If you own an AUDI and you need or require "top shelf" service by experienced technicians . . . go no further than AUDI Allentown.
You've been to other shops, its time you "kick it up a notch" and
go to the pro's.

This dealership is leaps and bounds better than the last dealership I dealt with (non Audi)! Great customer service and they are very efficient! Thanks to Tyler in service for making my first visit an easy one!

Update 8/30/24: Had to get some work done on my 9 year old car (these cars last forever). They care about their customers. Even though I bought my car 9 years ago, they still appreciate you 9 years later. Still pricey but like I said years ago, you get the service and quality you pay for. Thanks. The loaner was definitely a plus that doesn't handicap your day.
I got my service done here and it was a very welcoming place. They answers all my questions and more. The prices on my servicing done was a little high but what dealerships don't have high prices. And you get the excellent service and quality you pay for so it's worth.
