Bought my preowned Audi from Ciocca and purchased an extended warranty thru Ciocca's recommended company. TWICE in the 4 years I've owned it I've had it in to Ciocca for repairs. BOTH times they 'conveniently' forgot I had that warranty coverage. Thankfully my hubby remembered & I reminded them & after some checking of their records they realized I did indeed have coverage. Last week's repair would have cost me $1200+ out of pocket but with my warranty I only paid $230+. I think they are a sneaky, underhanded, disreputable organization. Would never EVER purchase another vehicle from Ciocca!

They have one concern at this dealership, getting into your wallet. The service is unacceptable in both the Sales and Service departments. I have bought two cars here (still kicking myself for buying the second), loyalty means nothing to anyone in that building. The entire dealership is loyal to the dollar, no wonder the sales team is constantly turning over. The one thing they have going for themselves-- consistency-- consistently horrible service. Drive to Philly or NJ to buy or service your car's needs. You will only regret dealing with this family of dealerships.RUN FAR AWAY!!!

I've been in the car industry since 1995 ! Never have I've treated or done a dirty deal like this dealership just did to me. Alex DeStefanis showed me the 2020 A5 coupe, and I agreed to purchase but had to have assistance. My assistance was out of state, and they knew it all. Credit was run, and I was told that a credit application held the car. Alex & Finance were off for 2 days and followed up that they shipped out all paperwork to be signed. In the meantime, my fiance and I stopped into the dealership so he could see the car and drive it. We asked do we need to leave a deposit he stated No its parked in the back with a SOLD sticker no one can buy it since all financing has bern cleared and they do not accept deposits on pre-owned vehicles. My co-applicant still hasn't received the paperwork, but I have a text stating it was on the way. Today, I got a call from the general manger they Sold the car that they didn't know. I wanted it they didnt have any paperwork.This place is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend doing business here.

I see why the reviews for this place are so horrible. They waste your time, lack transparency and do not operate with professionalism or with ethical practices. After wasting days trying to finalize the deal, they will tell you that you do not qualify for programs that you do (as per Audi corporate). How can you quote someone a money factor rate without even running a credit application? Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable dealership that values your business. I was first told the Audi Affinity Program was not something they honored by Andrew from Sales, then when I spoke to the GM he said it was not honored because it was a business sale. I said okay, I will purchase the deal personally....wait for it....HE SAID HE REFUSED TO HONOR THE PROGRAM BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO DO SO. What a joke. I see why their reviews are so bad. I honestly tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I can tell you firsthand that they are GARBAGE!!!!!

Took my car for and alternator change I waited three weeks to a month for the part to come from Germany on top of that they left a nice scratch on my hood and stole from my glove compartment no need to bring up the scratch because I knew they would do nothing but when I went back to discuss the glove compartment robbery Jason rose from service got mad at me I had to calm him down and my car was robbed completely disappointed and sad if you can go to any other dealer I highly recommend you do so i guess I will be taking the two hour drive to freehold New Jersey where I got the car instead of 45 mins to Allentown I learn my lesson real quick with these guys this dealer is a no go!!

The Service Department was excellent and I'm so glad that I called. I had initially scheduled an appointment at a certain NJ dealership. After looking at some online reviews, I cancelled and called Ciocca in Allentown, PA. 1. I was immediately offered a loaner vehicle which the other dealership did not. 2. The service department has convenient hours and closes at 7 P.M. Tyler was really nice checking me in and out to get me on my way. The Technician sent a video of his recommendations and I thought that was pretty cool. James the service manager was accessible when I made a follow up call with questions, and he took care of a billing issue due to a small lapse in communication. I would definitely go back to Audi Allentown.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE HERE!!!! I have had the worst experience. I've taken my vehicle to Audi to perform repairs and work with my insurance company. They did not DO ANYTHING. They did not repair the vehicle, they did not put the vehicle on a lift when the insurance representative came out to assess the damage properly. They did not respond to the insurance company about any of their requests. Additionally after months of my vehicle sitting in their parking lot for the repairs to take place which they had the go ahead to do. They called the police to tell them I have my vehicle abandoned on their property!!!!! with no explanation as to why they did not take care of my vehicle and no other communication. I have been without my vehicle since May 2022 and now we are just beginning October!!!! MONTHS!!! My tires were also flat when I showed up to retrieve my vehicle. I am beyond disappointed and hope no dealership will ever treat me or my vehicle this way again! They do not deserve even 1 star, nothing!!!! Considering LEGAL ACTION at this point.....

Wow, lot of bad reviews on sales and service. We'll, same goes for parts. They are not quick, took them 7 days to box up parts and leave them for Fedex. You might want to order local or pick up yourself with this place.

This dealer is one of the worst out there. Do not take your vehicle there for repairs! The technicians leave your vehicle dirty and do not care for them by any means. I had the dealer replace a tire on my vehicle, easy job right? No! they scratched my wheel and had to take it for a "test ride". I watched the employee "Cam" pull out of the parking lot in my vehicle and punch it! I mean redlining "my vehicle" like it was his own personal race car! Driving recklessly on the road and putting other citizens at risk. The managers did not care about the issue when spoken too. If I find any damage to my vehicle, I will be suing. Pathetic dealership

I purchased a used Audi A4 from Ciocca. They stand behind their Audi brand. I had a brake issue and Marcus the Sales Mgr and Jade in service made it right! If you want quality vehicles and quality service by quality people, I highly recommend Ciocca! A+++

My daughter had a deal to buy a 2022 A6 from this dealer. They never told her the deal was only good until 03/31/2022, although later they claimed they did! She had planned to close the deal on 03/31/2022 and actually leave the car at the dealership to pick it up on 04/01/2022. She made this arrangement so that they could get the car into March sales! She was doing this to accommodate the dealer never realizing that they would not honor the deal after 03/31. On 03/31 there were severe weather alerts and being 45 minutes away from Allentown decided it would be foolish to take the chance of driving to Allentown in dangerous weather! She planned to be there in the next day. This dealership valued their sale more than my daughters safety! They would not make the deal on 04/01!

Audi of Allentown was the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. I sent numerous emails listing the specific Audi's I was interested in along with information on my trade in and they never responded to my emails. I even checked my spam folder and no response from them. I even used a different email address in case there was an issue with my yahoo mail, and still no answer from them on my questions. All I got were multiple canned response emails. Avoid working with Meredith Hornberger at all cost. She is the one that just sends canned emails without answering your specific questions. I also contacted (and CC:ed) Ciara Miranda the e-Business manager and even she didn't respond. So I then CC:ed Marcus Davis the Sales Manger and Andrew Wallett the General Manager and even they didn't ensure that my questions were answered. I buy a new car every one to two years and have never experienced anything like this. Avoid Audi Allentown at all costs. I will probably reach out to Corporate Audi to make sure they are aware of how awful they treat the prospective customers.

Dropped off my '17 Q7 prestige for a distance sensor misalignment (thanking my dad for backing up into it btw) and decided to do a 4 wheel alignment while it was there. I have trust issues with people touching my car in other shops and leaving scratches on the wheels and whatnot. I was told my work will cost somewhere around $800 over the phone. When I got there and needed a rental they told me there was nothing left for the day but next door Subaru dealer had enough cars. I came back to pick up my car and only paid for. 4 wheel alignment around $300 bucks!(apparently 4 wheel alignment and driver assistance is all included) Thank you Audi for taking care of my car and me! Highly recommended! Also make sure to see D'mitri Rebimbas if you are in the market for a new or preowned car!
