When I call for a delivery, they ask me how much I would like and then they deliver less that what I wanted. I asked for it to be filled. I was on a budget and each month it was a different price. That is not a budget to me.

They delivered to my neighbors house not mine but billed me. Third phone call to the company and my problem was still not resolved. Ridiculous. Customer service sucks. Won’t be using this company again.

I was out of propane (my fault). I called about 7:00am to get an Emergency delivery. I was told that the order would not go in until I paid a $300 fee. I paid the fee (which also had a $7.95 credit card surcharge which no on e told me about) and was told we would get a delivery within 24 hours. At 7:00am the next day - still no delivery. I called and was told it was scheduled. The promise of a delivery w/in 24 hours was not met, but I still had to pay the $300.00+ charge.Once the driver arrived he filled the tanks and then did a pressure check which took about 5 minutes - and for which I was charged a $140.00 fee. None of this adds up to good customer service in my book. I believe I should have the $300.00+ fee refunded, and paying $140.00 for putting a pressure gauge on the tank to check tank pressure sure seems excessive to me.

Bad customer service. They charged me for a mistake their technician made. It has been 10 months and no resolution. Every interaction with customer service they blame the previous person's incompetence. Not good.

Called as a new customer. Sat on hold for 15mins twiceTried the online chat and after the automated chat would transfer to a rep. (Nothing) tried that 3 times.Ok no big deal guess my 1000 gallon tank is no importance to them so I will stay with pipeline

You told me I had to have a pressure check because ai didn't get gas from you in two years. I was OK with that but wasn't informed it cost $140. I own my own tank and get from the cheapest supplier. If you had told me the cost I would have gotten from another supplier because they don't charge for a pressure check. I called and you would't take the charge off. I will never get gas from you again.

Don’t use this rip off company. Anyone who bothered to answer the phone lied to me. They double charged fees and wouldn’t refund or respond to phone calls or emails. They hung up on me. One person said she couldn’t hear me and said she would call back, of course, never did. The list goes on. I had an issue, they said it was fixed, and I went on my way. It wasn’t fixed. Still waiting. Will update if I get satisfaction. But do not ever use this company. Liars. Thieves. Unconvicted criminals. They should be ashamed to take a paycheck and feed their families with the money.

Everything was good, didn't get a chance to talk to the delivery gentlemen he was in and out very quickly. Sometimes I worry how low my propane level is but so far it hasn't run out. No complaints so far. Thank you.

I purchased a propane take from a kiosk. The regulator was broken and not dispensing gas. I called customer service and they wouldn’t replace their tank. The tank was marked with AmeriGas and purchased at one of their kiosks.

Absolutely horrible company! Called offshore 8 times and got hung up on and rudely spoken to each time. Finally found someone in the US, and was promised the issue would be taken care of, which it wasn't because I never heard from them again. I ordered (have it documented) 175 gallons of propane and amerigas filled my tank - which was 530.3 gallons. Now I'm left with an $1,850.98 bill!!! I didn't order a full tank! Now they are going to charge my credit card for this amount - insanity. No one calls me back, emails me back. Nothing. How would they like to be stuck with a massive bill of something they didn't order!!?? This isn't their only screw up either! I just want to cry!

What a terrible company. I inherited my service from the previous homeowners. During closing - when trying to transfer service - AmeriGas put a lock on the tank before the sellers moved out. I thought maybe it was just a one time mistake.Then, when I wanted to upgrade my service and increase my propane use, AmeriGas gouged us again. You'd think they'd want our business when we wanted to buy more of their product - but you'd be wrong. I asked for an estimate for new, bigger tanks. They sent a surveyor (without disclosing any cost upfront - every other company came for free) and then sent me the bill. But they never sent me the estimate! They tried to take my money for no service rendered.So I canceled my service. Why waste your time with this company who doesn't care about its customers and just wants to take your money? There are lots of better gas companies out there.
