We were staying the night in Allentown, on our way to NYC. Hit a pothole on the highway & went flat instantly. Got here the following morning. They said the rim was bad also. So, I had to purchase a new rim from a local dealership and the rim alone was 500$. Took the rim back to this place and were on our way with a new tire and rim…or so I thought. Fast forward to last week. The car has been pulling since the installation of the “new” rim and tire. Well, our mechanic said the old rim was put back on my car and who knows what happened to the new, 500$ one. Our mechanic also said that I am lucky to be alive driving it in that condition, and not having a clue. They were just so nice to us and I just can’t believe it.

They helped me and my sister out so much I’m really grateful for them they arrived under 10 minutes there really friendly it’s easy to talk to them and they also offer other services if possible I would recommend for towing really affordable they even picked up when they weren’t in the shop and let me know when they’ll be open how much it’ll be they didn’t try hiding any prices they were straight forward there not the same people that own the shop before there brand new people great customer service and the little boy even helped out to he’s super sweet 10/10 give them a call ?

Bill the owner installed a bad tire and never got back to me to replace it. He closed his shop and in the mean time is run around doing mobile car work. He is about to leave town so I don’t think he cares anymore. Good luck wherever you go Bill but make sure you do right or Karma will catch up to you more then it already has.

Bill takes no responsibility in owning to his work/work done in his shop that was faulty. Customers will get under cut with paying for new parts but get used parts. Paid for a new starter and a used starter was put on my vehicle. Will be taking him to civil court. WATCH out for paying for new parts but getting used parts. Ask for your old parts back.

I came for a 20 tow and ended up paying 89 dollars. The young man who was lowering the tire told me that one of the screws that hold the tire was broken. The problem is that Almomento is far away and I didn't see if it was the one who did it. lose when removing the tire. My advice is to stay as close as possible when they are working on your car so that it doesn't happen to you like mine.
