We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Especially with Ben who works at the front desk. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. We would book this hotel again and recommend it to others due to Ben’s customer service. Thanks!

Very disappointed with this hotel. Room was not clean. There was hair in my bed. Upon booking it claimed free breakfast. At the hotel there was a sign that they were no longer offering any breakfast not even a continental one. I would not recommend this hotel. Staff at the front desk was friendly on check in, towels smelled fresh

No hot water had to shower in cold water in a 33 degree weather
Towels smells bad like rotten egg
No breakfast
Looks like it used to be a good hotel but it is running down by the day

The shower was falling apart and online they advertised free breakfast but when I got there there was a sign that said no breakfast Monday through Friday the manager blamed it on budget cuts due to lack of business

During the week no lunch and the coffee is fresh from the day before....

Clean rooms. A little noisy. Bed pillows were a little bit old. But otherwise a nice place to stay.
Food and drinks: Food is decent.

Air conditioner was broke with missing buttons. Don’t let the full parking fool you, it’s from the business across the street. Toilet doesn’t look cleaned (gross)

What a great deal. The staff was friendly, the room was immaculate and modern. The prices are unbeatable. The breakfast was real(eggs, and sausage) on top of waffles and all the basics. Will definitely stay here again. It's a bargain for what you get!
Rooms: Clean and modern.
Food and drinks: Great free breakfast! Fresh Eggs and sausage or bacon on top of regular offerings.

Do not come to this hotel! I know the price seems nice but this is truly one falling apart hotel. The toilets have a nasty buildup that allegedly cannot be removed. The vents have mold and layers of dust. Half of the television channels you cannot access so good luck trying to watch anything outside of the news. Plus, they continuously would try to come into the room to clean without knocking or listening to us say don’t come in. The location is a bit strange with it being in a business park. There are always weird groups of men that are in the parking lot late at night.

Within an hour after checking in, while in the pool area, saw two cockroaches. I didn't go in because the water was cold. Next morning during breakfast time, they only had one staff working both the kitchen and the front desk. The staff did his best but they needed to hire ppl so he doesn't have to tend to both during busy hours. But I saw the staff didn't change gloves between working in the kitchen touching food and checking out the guests at the front.
The second night I overheard the staff checking in a guest saying they ran out of towels for the rooms. The next morning, they ran out of spoons, condiments during breakfast when they first opened, and left one single rotten apple on the fruit stand. (It would be better without fruits than to show your guests you have a rotten one on the stand!) I would not stay again.

Location is in an industrial park. The working people were nice and helpful. The room was clean however the bathtub had hair and did not drain. There was one towel for both of us. The mattress was very firm for me. Don’t forget your phone charger.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The beds were so hard it was like a slab of concrete so we did not sleep well at all. The bathroom was dirty. There was only one bath towel even though it was a room with two beds. Everything is old. The shower drain was not working properly so the tub filled up with water while showering. For the price of this hotel you would think there would at least be a phone charger.
