Lauren was absolutely amazing in the whole process of purchasing our new car! She helped us negotiate the price we were comfortable with, gave us all the details we needed, kept very open communication, and even came in on her day off so that we could get the car off the lot as quickly as possible! We have never felt so wonderful after this transaction with Neelo at Allentown Kia. In the past I sometimes had regrets or questions but this time I am just delighted with the whole process. Neelo is no longer our salesman but we believe him to be a friend we know we can depend on. I will definitely be referring anyone who asks to this dealership and especially our new friend!

The overall experience with them was frustrating. Every trick in the book was ticked off to try to get us to pay more, accept less, and even an attempted bait and switch. The communication of where additional fees were stemming from was blatantly dismissive, the interest rate was laughably high despite 800+ credit score, and perhaps worst of all was the constant threats to end the process unless we agreed to buy the car on the spot. They also demanded the cosigner of the trade-in drive through a blizzard to sign paperwork. Overall nothing in the buying experience felt "good" or enjoyable. Final nail in the coffin was offering to split down payment to two cards to avoid the 3% fee then just charging the fee anyways without telling us. It felt like the usual exploitation and penny pinching associated with a backyard car salesman not a well respected business. Would not do business with in the future.
