Had two necklaces that needed to be repaired as well as some jewelry that I inherited over the years. The staff was wonderful, very personable and I even got a lesson in determining what was "real" and what was not! Great experience and would never go anyplace else. Highly recommend !

My dad visited the store twice. Once with a friend and once without. The owner, Bonnie, recognized him the 2nd time and was extremely courteous and kind. She sold him coins for a fair price. You do not usually find such kindness in coin stores. We need to bring kindness back in the world. Bonnie for President of Coin Stores Association?

Five Star service indeed! I called and asked if I could bring two gold bars there to be tested for authenticity, and not only was I made to feel absolutely welcome doing so, but they tested it for free and it was 30 minutes before closing time! You don't find that kind of customer service just anywhere! My gold was tested, found to be pure, and I have found a new favorite place to do business. Thank you Bonnie for being so kind and making me feel welcome in your store. I will be seeing you again soon!

I brought in a few items that I've had since I was a baby, since my fiance and I have been doing a bit of spring cleaning and saving up for our upcoming wedding & honeymoon. The owner is SO sweet and honest; she explained how she was determining the worth of my gold jewelry, step-by-step. I am so happy I walked in, and walked out with more than enough for my summer plans! Such a gem in the Valley.

This is the place to go if you are looking to sell inherited items! The owner is truly a knowledgable business woman and is warm and friendly! I called before hand but did not need an appointment and felt super comfortable bringing my items in. Cannot recommend Hamilton Gold & Coin more!

I highly recommend Hamilton Gold & Coin if you have unworn gold jewelry you'd like to sell. Excellent customer experience and very competitive prices paid for gold. I had two class rings and several other pieces of gold jewelry I hadn't worn in years, and they paid me a very fair price for the lot.

Bonnie was a pleasure to work with to finally let go of of jewelry I no longer wear. The process was relaxed and no pressure to take the offer. In fact I was amazed at how much money was just sitting in my dresser drawer. I always try to support independent shops and this place is also women owned. Don't waste your time going to any place that advertises they buy gold, go here first.
