If you want vape juice they won't let you crack a bottle open to even smell it. How am I supposed to try a new vape juice without knowing what I'm buying before hand. Industry standard practice is that you're allowed to crack open a bottle if you've never tried it before. NEVER in my 10 years of vaping have I ever been to a shop (whether in PA or not) where they would let you at least SMELL the juice before you buy it. Not to mention I'm just walking around and constantly being followed around like I'm going to steal something. Over all not a welcoming or friendly environment. Don't be lazy. Go to the vape shop in Robinson on stubenville Pike instead. Much more friendly environment.

As others have noted they sell defective merchandise, Bad luck if you find out the vape doesn't work 3 mins after purchase no refunds, please go to habitual glass better service and product.

Great store with great selection. Got some locally made hemp wick there which was a nice treat, staff was super nice and when I called ahead to inquire about the hemp wick ahead of time the employee that answered was really helpful. He was super knowledge about the hemp wick which was so the best.

I bought a pen from you guys on a Sunday it did not work when I try to return it and you guys were close I came Monday when I got out of work and I try to return it and you say u can’t then why sell merchandise that does not work try to return it I showed it did not work u guys got to stop selling stuff that don’t work people don’t go by stuff hereThat’s how I felt when they couldn’t help me but I got a call today on Tuesday talk to the owner good man he help made things right I had explained what happened and he fix it this place is a good spot to stop by and buy all ur tabaco products good people friendly

Crazy expensive compared to online, or even Vape With It over in Ambridge. But i like to support local business, so i spend quite a bit of money every month here to keep people employed. But after trying to swap out two clearly unused little pieces of plastic i had bought, for a whopping $8 in store credit. They looked at me like what i was asking was absolutely asinine, and got management from the back for even having the audacity to ask such a request. Needless to say, shop elsewhere save yourself money. No need to be loyal to an establishment that doesnt return the energy. Staff is usually pretty cool when they can retain employees, but thats rare.

Stopped in the store for the first time today. The location is great, store is huge with endless options. Met the owner, very friendly as well as the rest of the staff. We will be frequenting this location from now on for all our smoke shop needs! ?
