“I only knocked off one star because the automated menu on the phone is beyond frustrating, but the people working in the pharmacy are so sweet, really work hard to get prescriptions filled fast, & answer any questions in a timely manner.
I would just highly recommend getting the app to check on things, as opposed to calling. Just save yourself that frustration, lol. But no issues whatsoever with the employees, they rock !”

“After going to 3 grocery stores looking for keto hamburger buns, I called to ask if Giant Eagle had any. FIVE people picked up the call within 3 minutes to assist me. The gentleman that found them put them at the service desk as there was only one package left. The customer service I experienced was amazing and too rare nowadays.”
