I hardly ever write reviews but I just had to today. I went to this location today and there was the nicest guy working that I have ever encountered working in retail. Super polite, extremely helpful, engaging and asked me questions about my business. Just an all around super nice guy! Highly recommend this business!

They are the best! So helpful; they will help you package things securely to prevent breakage and print label for returns to Amazon. They're also very friendly, much better than UPS!

I am writing to bring an incident to the attention of the public regarding the behavior of a store clerk. During a recent visit to this store, there was this blond girl who was working at the time of my visit displayed rude behavior towards me.The interaction was unprofessional and left me visibly upset. I believe that it is essential for an employee to consistently provide excellent customer service, treating all customers with respect and courtesy. This incident has raised concerns about the reputation and image of the store.Employees must understand the importance of delivering exceptional service while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude toward all customers. I don't know if I will visit this store again. And it's a shame because I have rented U-hauls on multiple occasions, and I have never had any issues with the man who works there.

Anytime I go anywhere especially for the first time I try my best to leave feedback about my experience. pack - n - ship in Aliquippa is absolutely great! this was my first time here & the gentleman who assisted me was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Im not sure if he is the owner or just an employee but customer service was 10/10! very happy with my visit!

Horrible a fax took 29 mins ridiculous all cause he was doing other things. Cause those things made more money never going back there. Don’t get me started on how he dropped evcause of a young girl came in. She got to jump in front of everyone and she didn’t know if she was even in the right place. Don’t get me started on the other employee chomping on food while checking you out. So disappointed and disgusted!!!
