Made a large purchase from their online store based on price and a great reputation on a trusted forum. Had a shipping issue during the transaction and they CALLED me multiple times to get it worked out. Impressed with the personal service. Ended up with the correct part, on time at a good price. Highly recommend!

Try being honest with your customers. I have parts that I still have no idea as to whom the supplier is and JPL Street Rods will not disclose where the parts really came from. Potential buyers should beware of possible fraud and mail fraud. Example: advertised complete Heidts IFS is not all Heidts and repair parts/warranty is not available.

Have been purchasing my street rod parts off of JPL for over 30 years. There is no one more knowledgeable or fair that I have ever dealt with.
