I was spoken to very disrespectfully on the phone regarding the status of a vehicle. The employee said my questions were already answered, that they "didn't have time for this," and then, I was hung up on. I get that sometimes work is a lot and customer service can be exhausting, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

I'm really impressed with the customer service and quality of work I've received at Junaks. Karen Junak, Dan and the rest of the staff are honest and trustworthy. Karen took the time to personally call me because she knew I was very upset about something that happened to my car. (nothing they did btw)... From now on I'll have confidence taking my car to get repairs. That's honestly something I couldn't say before. Anyone who has a vehicle knows that's priceless! Thanks again.

We called at 10:45 PM with a car that was stuck in the mud. The tow truck showed up in less than 15 minutes. The driver was a nice guy. He pulled the car out of the mud and did not overcharge. We recommend this service.

Terrible on-going experience with Junak's. My car was involved in an not at-fault accident and Junak's were contracted by the police to tow the car, which they did. The left rear fender well could have been pulled out on the scene to make the car drive-able, which they didn't. I went to look at my car a day after the accident and it was stored inside. I told them I would stop by the next day or two and clean the vehicle out. I arrived to clean the vehicle out at 8.00 AM and my car was parked on Franklin Ave across the street from their shop. It was 0 degrees outside and I had to walk back and forth across Franklin Ave several times to transfer the contents. The roads were icy and snowy and cars were having difficulty stopping and accelerating. After numerous trips in zero degree weather, I was able to finish.I then asked for my license plate to be pulled so I could transfer it to another car. At first they refused to do it, but after the police were called they pulled my plate and related too me in foul language that all they were concerned was who was paying the billl. I went to take pictures of the damage of car and was greeted with very profane language by a non-medicated tow truck driver. He called the Aliquippa police because I was taking pictures of the car, which my insurance company advised me to do. The Aliquippa police arrived and I was told "This is Aliquippa and I needed to leave". My car that I was driving was on a public street at the time. This company as far as I have been able to observe seems very shady and doesn't know a thing about customer service. DO NOT USE!
