I used Interstate Transport Inc to tow my F550 dump truck after it broke down on the highway and needed towed immediately. They did a great job. Arrived on time. They were very pleasant to work with. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend.Service: Special vehicle towing

This company made me pay for the service before the service was even completed. Employee came to get my vehicle unlocked and was there for 3 minutes and said “I don’t want to damage your vehicle”. Well he damaged my vehicle by denting the frame around my window and was not given a refund. I contacted ‘William’ the ‘owner’ and never got a response back. Very poor service and very unsatisfied customer. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE unless you want to pay for service that won’t be performed and you will pay for before they arrive. This company should be ashamed and the ‘BBB’ is already investigating this fraudulent company.Service: Car lockouts

Oh wow these guys know how to tow!!! First they were so helpful when I called. The owner showed up himself. Not only did he get me back on the road, he towed me back to my destination and was extremely nice about the whole thing. A very professional team! A 5 star company. Glad you guys were there to help me!

Mary and her boss went out of their way to help me in the time of crisis. The service was very professional and prompt. Also the price was reasonable compared to other tow companies. The reason I give them 5 star is because of how helpful Mary was and how she went out of her way to get me the tow truck on time and kept me informed during the entire transaction.

Had to have truck towed, Most rude, lazy, male I've seen in semi towing business. Foul language every other word was the 'f' word, over charged me on an insurance covered tow. Which was flat rate deductible of $250.,he cheatedMe out of $25. By charging me $275. NEVER want them touching any vehicle of mine ever. If he would steal from me how many others has he cheated. Woman was with him in another truck. He cursed her and was ugly to her also. Poor excuse of a male. Needs his mouth taped shut with a bar of soap inserted in it.. No stars. Will NEVER RECOMEND this service.

I had my vehicle towed by Interstate Transport Inc on February 3, 2018. The driver was very careful and knowledgeable with my all wheel drive. I would only use them. They were very reasonable and quick.
