I have been a customer for 46 years and it's always been fast, friendly and honest service. They will always tell you if there is anything the matter with your car and repair immediately if you choose to do so. They will also give you a great deal on tires when you need them.

Joe is that dude, came and rescued my busted van off the side 376. Not sure what happened but the whole thing was made easy by calling Hineman's. Must be a good place to work everyone seemed pleasant especially early on a Monday! Thanks.

Very disappointing and disgusting conversation over the phone trying to inquire about a brake job. I asked if I can bring my own brakes, they said they don't do that.. I said okay even of they are from the same manufacturer? He said I don't care where they are from I'm not doing it!. Very nasty attitude! Ya should work on how you speak to people especially your local firefighter! Thanks for showing your support!

Woman who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful. She couldn't even tell me if they'd blow gravel out of my brakes without making a sharp comment. Took it down to Smiley's and they did it for free. Poor customer service at the front desk in each of my three interactions. That said, the mechanic was cool when I talked to him. Would have been nice to deal with him directly and bypass the front desk clerk. On a sepate note, this place is expensive. My bill has never been less than $600 when I've had work done here (only a couple of times when I was in a bind). I've never paid these high prices anywhere else. Go to Fattore's (formerly Fred's) over on Airport; they offer the same quality of repair at a more reasonable price.

Needed an emergency tow, AAA estimated a wait of 1 hours, driver was there in 15 minutes, even gave me a lift home.

This place is very good, when they are in doubt they will take cost off and do things to help the customer out, very quick and good at communicating everything. Highly recommend

Absolutely terrible! The lady at the counter huffed and puffed every time someone walked in, like she couldn’t be bothered helping another customer. I walked away because it didn’t seem like they wanted any business anyways!

I have aaa with roadside I was near the area for hinemans and when the gentleman I believe his name was Chris was extremely helpful. He even looked under the hood of the car for me. Amazing service..

Hineman’s does a great job in caring for their customers as well as their customers’ cars. I personally sat & listened as they explained all options and all pricing considerations. They truly care and they know their customers situations. I was very impressed.
