This Giant Eagle's location doesn't offers all the variety of products and barley has Clearances or Markdowns like other GE Location , it' s just a quick in and out convenience.
My favorites are the Moon Twp location and Market District in Robinsons Twp.

Basically everything I got from the produce section was expired, or 1 day to expiration. Sales that were posted on the shelves were not honored at checkout. Woman behind the deli was very rude. She didn't verify what I wanted before slicing, then proceeded to gas light me with the other woman on shift. Ridiculous behavior, considering at that point I wasn't complaining. But they continued to run their mouths for at least 10 more minutes, at that point I had walked out of range and couldn't hear anymore. First time in a Giant Eagle and I sure as hell won't be back.

I go there for the pharmacy. There is all always atleast one drug that is not run through right and they like to use the excuse they are understaffed. Pay your people descent wages and you won't be understaffed.

The lady at customer service was really inconsiderate was doing nasty remarks didn’t even want to try to cash my check and I did not feel welcome as a woman of color. I am not racist, but she made me feel like she didn’t like colored people. Giving dirty looks and looking at me up and down She didn’t even want to try to stir me in the right direction of getting a member card with the store so I can cash my check I will never come back to the store .

On 7-16-24 in the evening I stopped by this store as I was checking out in line and I asked the cashier, can I update my phone number? He told customer service desk can do it for you, I said ok thank you. I waited for a minute before someone came out of the office, I said can I please update my phone number on my advantage card? She asked me if I had my card, I told her no I dud not have my card with me. The look she gave me had me decide to leave the store, I would prefer to do it online instead of dealing with an attitude. If it is something I can do online, that will be my first choice.

This site is always clean and well stocked. There are great deals to be had. My cashier, Carl, was fabulously fun to talk to while checking out!

Good place to stop and shop, and even meet for rendezvous, or grab gas too! Gets busy round peak rush hour time and can be hectic. Best time to shop is when a Steelers or Pens game is on.

After going to 3 grocery stores looking for keto hamburger buns, I called to ask if Giant Eagle had any. FIVE people picked up the call within 3 minutes to assist me. The gentleman that found them put them at the service desk as there was only one package left. The customer service I experienced was amazing and too rare nowadays.

they’re alright, but don’t even try to call them an hour before they close because you will sit on hold for the full 60 mins. this is the second time this happened within a month
