The guy didn't help me and wanted to charge me 50 dollars to just transfer my old phone to a new phone.... just and he lied to me and said that he couldn't help me... I've been with boost since 2013 and never had any issues until now....I'm thinking about switching to a new company

I was sent a phone for Boost Infinite alone with a slim card which I didn't find right away. I had Boost mobile to put a slim card in the phone. Without my knowledge of the difference in phone companies. Boost mobile set me up with their cheapest plan: $40. This phone was sent to me via internet & USPS and I messed it by thinking Boost mobile was Boost Infinite. I have 2 slim cards that Boost mobile will not replace because they are for Boost Infinite etc. $25 plan. That's why the low rating!!!

I would leave a zero if possible. Jazmin sold me a phone that she knew wouldn't work in my area. She said that service wouldn't be as good as what I have now, but not that I would have NO service. She never went over the return policy, the additional cost of insurance, etc. When I tried to return the phone and accessories today (since I don't need accessories for a phone that I'm not keeping), they would only give me $165 out of the $280 back. They told me that I couldn't return the accessories and I had to pay a restocking fee on the phone. All of this because their employee sold me a phone that she never should have sold me in the first place because she wanted her commission (it is all she talked about). In addition, my old phone was on the old network and they can't put me back on it so I now have no cell phone at all. I will give a shout-out to Hugo though who was working today. He tried to make it right, but the manager of the store wouldn't let him.

Was supposed to open @ 10 am, they got there about quarter after! Was suppose to add on to my account and I had to redo it on the app and the app needs to sync up with the business computer way better!
