Immediately after I posted my review Amanda posted her reply. as you can see she said they would be there one day that week. On Sunday June 5th she said they would be there by the next day at the latest. It's the 13th and they still haven't been here and have not gotten in touch to tell me why. I texted them to ask what happened and the reply I got said that Amanda told Corey the end of the week, not Monday. Haven't heard from them since.

They started a project in January of this year that they said would be done in a week. I expected it to be done in two weeks. Its now the second week in May and they havent finished. When they said they only had a few hours of work left I paid them The final amount. They havent been back since. They asked if they could come get the tools they left and I told them when they came they should be prepared to finish up. The tools are still here. They had so many excuses for not showing up and keep telling me they are trying their best. I have spent an additional $3000 to have some of the shower work ripped out and done properly.

Signed the contract to have my basement door , frame, and entryway replaced February 10th. Shortly after I broke my ankle so I couldn't get around to see the work being done. Corey made so many excuses on why he couldn't show up most days. When he did, it was with used materials when I paid for new in contract. He messed up the first door and filed a claim under his insurance and they paid him for a new door and labor again to redo it. I called and begged him to come finish the job and he told me I had to wait that he started a big fence job! I explained I had waited almost 2 months already and he's been paid basically twice and my ankle is broke and with my room being in the basement I can't go sleep in my bed till that door is done so I can go in and out through there since there is only 5 steps instead of 14 like there is inside. Tells me the door has to be ordered and wait for it to come in ect. After many threats and weeks later he shows up with ANOTHER USED DOOR. So how do u have to wait for a used door??? Still argues with me that it's not used but I got pictures from my daughter before it got installed and videos on my cameras. It's used! He did everything half a*** didn't use flashing on the roof of the basement entry, didn't do any of it right for that matter and said he would be back to finish and still hasn't been back and thought it was funny to send a text saying " I guess you'll keep waiting " he was very unprofessional, an extreme liar, never showed up when he said, always had excuses, ripped you off by using all used material and doing shitty half a** work!! Doesn't have a license so his truck gets impounded over old drug charges. I don't even know how he has a business! Now I have to pay someone else to redo his horrible work that he did and refuses to finish!

Great customer service, and very Friendly. Reasonably priced. Finished product looked great. Will defiantly recommend this company.
