I don’t always perform timely maintenance on my car, due to how hard it is to find mechanics that are honest, trustworthy, and care for their customers. Mac and Sam’s has made a loyal customer out of me with not only how expedient the service was, but how helpful, knowledgeable, and fair they were with regards to pricing, part recommendations, and the way they treat customers. I’ll definitely be back, and recommend to others they use Mac and Sam’s as well.

Was looking for a reputable mechanic until a friend told me about this place. I had them do work to my car that needed to be done. I put a phone call into them. They called me back within the next day honest reliable, trustworthy. I am definitely satisfied with the work they have complete highly recommend. thank you for getting my car up and running

I've known Tom Mayberry since he was 17. He is one of the smartest men I ever met. His knowledge is beyond reproach. I've been buying and getting my car fixed by him for 40 years. The neighborhood is getting more crime ridden. He can't fix that. Mechanics have suggested price guide. It's a Chilton book. They charge what the traffic will bear and give discounts to repeat customers. People from Philly come to Delco for better prices. Angry city people. They want to bring their own cheap parts and want the job guaranteed.

I LOVE MAC & SAM! I been coming here ever since I got my license and my first car. The prices are the best around. No one can beat them! The owner hasn’t ever made me feel any bad energy, he’s always been very friendly. He is always informative about everything he’s doing, and why he had to do it( because I don’t know much about cars, besides how to drive them. ) I will continue coming here as long as I’m driving. Don’t bring your vehicles to this shop, they will keep your car sitting for weeks and do nothing but lie and bad repairs. For a sensor it took over 3 and 1/2 weeks and the problem is still present with another light sensor on and on top of it it’s paid for ($190). I rather take it elsewhere!Bad business and not reliable!You have been warned!Services: Engine repair

Do not take your car here. I brought my car in for a simple repair & they had my car sitting for over two months. To make things worst they never fixed the car the correct way. I still had the issue I brought it in for. They also messed something up electrically & caused my battery to drain & die unexpectedly. When asked how the problem came about he just made it seem like it was already an issue. Which for a fact I know wasn’t an issue. They will lie to you about timing, have zero communication. I would give 0 stars if I could. Beware do not take your car to Mac and sams.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I have been using this Auto repair center for years, which was when under previous ownership. I can tell you that since the old mechanics and old ownership have been gone the service here has been horrible. I referred my sister in law to take her car here and she came back to me and said they have had my car for 2mnths sitting and still haven't fixed it. I said to her now way that is not how they treat people. This new guy that rides the motorcycle is horrible. The old mechanic Mike was always on point and took pride in communicating and making sure the repair was done right. Hate to pull the race card but where there is smoke there is always fire.Service: A/c installation & repair
