I sent two prescriptions to this pharmacy & was told they would be ready in an hour. Then I get a call back from a woman named Lori who was obnoxious & said they couldn’t fill either of my medications because I’ve never had them filled there & they have other customers that need the same medication. So since I’ve never been to your pharmacy you won’t fill my prescriptions? You would think you would want a new customer. She was so rude & questioned where I normally have my scripts filled & said why don’t you call them & yell at them? First of all, I never yelled at her. I didn’t know getting medications was done by who you know & there’s no way this is the way pharmacies or pharmacists should be conducting business. I’ve never had a worse experience anywhere.

This is for the Aldan PA Giant store only. I have been purchasing the smallSoft and chewy chocolate chip cookies from the bakery. The past month These cookies have been over cooked. Please someone tell them thatSoft and chewy should not be over cooked. They then become hard and hardCookies. This is a terrible bakery totally clueless group.

I wish Giant would supply Zest bath/shower gel. Too many Dial, Dove and too many Suave on the shelves. A store with the name Giant suggests a vast array of items. Zest is name brand soap. Please supply it, and (before you say it)...No. the dollar store doesn't carry Zest since it's $3.99 a bottle). Giant is a great store but some things they--oddly don't carry--i.e., closet needs (moth balls). Otherwise, I like shopping at this particular Giant, the staff is always pleasant and helpful; and, the store is always clean even though the funny robot isn't gliding around anymore.

this store is a joke, the deli department personell move like they are on dope, so slow, no hustle, takes forever for them to fill a simple order, the older white gentleman is so slow and takes his good old time, took him 5 minutes to give me a pound of potatoe salad, then asks me if i am happy, i told him he is lucky i am not the supervisor or his ass would be out the door ! he purposely moves as slow as a turtle, he needs to go along with most of the others, the only one in deli dept that is good is mark, but he is not always in deli dept, get rid of the rest ! also, prices are sky high, even know gas prices are down to 3,25 a gallon, prices need to be reduced now that gas is not 5 bucks a gallon, also shelves are empty most of the time ! go to price rite down the street, prices are so much cheaper and much better employees !

I got what I needed which was exactly 4 items so I was super annoyed the customer in front of me had a FULL cart and was in the self-check. And 2 of the registers weren’t open! Please do better.

Had ordered a mini sandwich tray for 20 25 people called on Saturday August 14 and gave my order to Allison the deli manager ask for order to be ready for pick up at 3 on Sunday the 15th was told would be ready when I arrives to pick up order they couldn't even find the order , if it wasn't for the great girl in the deli who worked hard to get it done and the amazing assistant store manager Chris for his awesome customer skills and for compensating me I would have walked out and never return to that store again which I shop at 2 to 3 times a week , thanks again

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced! RUDE!! IGNORANT! SLOW! JUDGMENTAL!! Avoid if possible. I ask if a prescription is covered under my plan. They answer “I don’t know “. WOW!!!

employee should have a better attitude when dealing with customers. they should not come across like you're bothering them when you ask for their assistance. this is what I encountered at the deli department this morning. I will no longer shop with giant I will be doing my shopping elsewhere.
