“Always clean, always organized, a place to go to just unwind and find everything you could need for any craft or art project you can imagine. I always arrive looking for one or two things and leave with bags. Great room decor. Wait for the sales. Full price is a bit high, but the sales are really worth the wait.
Was not ready to see fall decor in June or a row of Christmas balls, but at least there was no Christmas music playing.”
“I stopped in on a whim after visiting another business in the same strip and let me tell ya, I am SO GLAD that I did. I thought maybe I would find a box of Christmas cards or some keepsakes, I love that kind of stuff, but what I found was so much more special.I found a Christmas tumbler with the image of a cat on the front with a cardinal on his head. This cat is a spitting image down to every marking of my beloved cat who passed away a few months ago. I miss him dearly. I cried the whole drive home.You never know what you will find. Go in, see what they have. I'm so glad that I did. Pouring rain, could have easily got in the car and left.”

“We recently went into the store at Lehigh Valley mall, searching for the right chairs to go with a couch we are ordering from Pottery Barn. Susan was absolutely wonderful to work with. She walked around the store helping us find the right fit and after looking many times before, she suggested a fabric I’ve always passed over in the past and we were in love! She listened to what we were looking for, and we felt really appreciative to have so much of her help and focus with no pushing that we purchase that day. “Nice deals, but the staff can sometimes get pushy about closing time. It's gotten better lately, but in the past few months I've had staff stop me and tell me to go to the register or I won't be able to check out 10 mins before close. I get it they want to go home but it doesn't take me 10 minutes to look at their limited cat products in the pet section and make it back up to the register. Also they don't close for 10 mins? I can pick up a lot of things in 10 mins especially if it's like the face products right by the door.”

“We had stopped by 2 weeks ago and were very impressed with our salesman, Anthony. He did not “hover” consistently as others tend to do, but when we had a question, he was always readily available. Came back to make our TV stand and end tables (3) purchase today when we knew he was on shift. What impressed me most was the teamwork attitude of your entire sales group - when Anthony did not have an answer, he consulted his team members until we got to the person who had our answer. Every retail store should operate like that - tremendous help to the consumers.”

“It just so happened that I read a lot of this company's negative reviews AFTER I ordered a love seat slip cover from them. Reading all the negative reviews made me nervous because I repeatedly saw that the slipcovers took forever to arrive and were expensive to return. Much to my surprise, I received an email stating that our slipcover had been shipped just 5 days after I ordered it! At that point, I figured it would be an additional 2-3 weeks to receive it. I came home yesterday to find it on my front doorstep! All in all, it only took about 7 days to receive it from the time I ordered it......Very Surprising. I was also surprised that I discovered once opening it that the slipcover is very well-made, and fits our loveseat beautifully. I did a lot of research on slipcover pricing before I ordered it and it was far less expensive than all of the other online companies that offered love seat slipcovers. VERY IMPORTANT.......Be sure to order a fabric swatch before ordering one of their slipcovers. I ordered the lattice pattern in the color that looked like burgundy/dark rust in the photo online. They do not assign their lattice patterns a color name, so I went by the color in the website. It is not even remotely burgundy, it is the color of a new terracotta pot - Completely out of the color range in the room it's going in. I was so thrilled with how quickly it shipped, the craftsmanship of the slipcover and how beautifully it fit our love seat that I ended up switching out a few colors in the room to make it work. The fabric is very tightly woven, nice and thick - almost as thick as a lightweight canvas! It is the style that is more shabby-chic than tailored, so it gives a very lived in/comfortable look, but actually looks fantastic in the room! Great for any casual room, not for a room that you want to look more "formal". It is conscientiously sewn. The amount of fabric that gets tucked in on the sides and on the back of the cushions is very generous (elasticized) and the length is perfect to the ground on the front and on the back of the love seat. I would definitely recommend the lattice patterns, but it is CRUCIAL to get a swatch before you order it. They offer swatches in their website. The colors look totally different online than they do in person. I would definitely order from them again!”
