Every time, I go to this store there is a problem with using my bank card EVERY TIME! It doesn't refuse it, it just keeps adding the total! This has happened numerous times, just keeps totaling! My opinion, it comes down to management- there IS a problem with your credit card machine- get the thing fixed! Pretty sure I'm not the only customer who this happens too.

BEWARE OF THE EXPERATION DATES ON THE MILK. ON 7/25, i BOUGHT HALF GALLON OF LOW FAT MILK. I FOUND LATER THAT IT WAS SPOILED SO I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THE STORE AND RETURNED IT. THERE WERE STILL MANY CONTAINERS WITH EXPIRED DATES AND I ASKED THE STORE CLERK TO REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY. SHE SAID THAT IT'S NOT HER PLACE TO REMOVE THE EXPIRED ITEMS. SHE DID NOT CARE IF PEOPLE GET SICK? THE STORE NEEDS BETTER QUALITY CONTROL AND EMPLOYEE TRAINING.

Location puts a bright orange sign on their front door requiring patrons to wear masks. Cashier is not only maskless, but coughing when giving me my change.

Selling milk that expires the next day and overcharging me for milk by 20 cents, what? Horribly managed store. Whatever I put in my car, it wasn’t gas. I had car malfunctions in the middle of rushour on a busy highway. No more Turkey Hill gas for me.

I’d give a big fat 0 if I could. Jen, the manager, discriminates against anyone not able to wear a mask. She threatened to call the police, so I informed her I will inform them that some people can’t wear a mask just like I informed her. So I patiently waited for the police, talked with them for a little bit, talked about some everyday stuff since I know the officers in our little town and thanked them for their service and left. How’d that work out for you Jen? I’m sure corporate would like to hear about this as well.Update: Corporate is ok with customers being discriminated against and treated like the unclean.

They over charged my card and it's been 5 almost 6 days and I still haven't received my refund yet :( the manager is not very friendly either, I had 2 of her employees tell me that she is “in a nice way†scatter brained and she is not organized and does not respond in a reliable way!!!! I spend thousands of dollars at turkey hill and this is how I'm treated? Maybe I should finally take my business elsewhere!!!!

So I am standing at the register basically next to the cashier guy who is... stocking items, and I'm just waiting and waiting and waiting for him to check me out for a good 3 mins.. no one else in the store.... also not friendly at all... oh well

I do there early in the morning on occasion. Coffee's not very well tended to. Cappuccinos always just water. I prefer to go to Sheetz down the road they're well taken care of and they have really nice restroom.
