Park Place Automotive, Inc. fixed emission problems that Firestone, Chevy and two other mechanics said they couldn't find out what was wrong. One Shop said sell the car and buy a new one.I had spent almost two years trying to get this fixed. I talked to Park Place beforehand and they said they would start from scratch and do a thorough diagnosis. They did and did a wonderful job of finding all the solutions for the issues I was having.They were friendly, courteous and did a professional job fixing the problems. Thank you so much for your kind, and professional business that IS committed to the advertised ethics.

Brought in a 2017 Honda Pilot with a bad Torque Converter. Kevin did the work on the transmission and I found him very easy to communicate with. They are competent, honest, and perform excellent work. I was very satisfied with the work done, and the Pilot drives so much better now. My wife thanks you for also turning the front rotors and getting rid of the brake squeak.

I cannot thank them enough for coming to the rescue. Our car broke down in Ephrata and we limped it into their station after 5:00 on a Friday. I left it there and got a call on Monday and they told me they were booked solid for the next two weeks but would see what they could do. They worked on it and had it back to us just a few days later.
