I am a widow, work full time, and have extreme difficulty getting my car in for service. I had what seemed like a dangerous issue with my car. I had never gone to Park Place, but while they were very busy, they allowed me to come by and check to make sure my car wasn’t dangerous to drive while waiting to have it seen. Turned out to be something very minor and simple (and odd!) and it was remedied immediately. I was treated with respect and compassion. Thank you, Park Place for going above and beyond!

I've been going here for about 2 years since I moved to the area and let me say they have been nothing but good, honest, they don't milk your wallet, and they don't rip you off. I am very thankful to have found this mechanic near me. The staff is very friendly as well. I would highly recommend.

Park Place Automotive, Inc. fixed emission problems that Firestone, Chevy and two other mechanics said they couldn't find out what was wrong. One Shop said sell the car and buy a new one.I had spent almost two years trying to get this fixed. I talked to Park Place beforehand and they said they would start from scratch and do a thorough diagnosis. They did and did a wonderful job of finding all the solutions for the issues I was having.They were friendly, courteous and did a professional job fixing the problems. Thank you so much for your kind, and professional business that IS committed to the advertised ethics.
