Recently had my SUV at Glick's for some front end collision repair and they did a great job. There was a delay waiting for a part (due to a nationwide maufacturing shortage), but Rob worked to track a part down near by and I was able to go pick it up saving a lot of time. Glick's was easy to deal with and they did good, quality work. Would use their services again if I needed to.

Glick's helped tow my car to a nearby mechanic a few months ago. It was easy to reach someone first thing in the morning, they were clear about wait times, and the driver was helpful. I would highly recommend Glick's Towing!

People are rude & don't know what they're doing! Prices are EXTREMELY high! Plus, they don't tell you ahead of time that they only take cash! Who only takes cash in today's tech world?!?! Sketchy?!Definitely would NOT recommend them.

No issues on my end. They towed my car after a wreck because they work with West Earl Police in their jurisdiction to clean the wrecks asap. Insurance was able to retrieve the car with no issues. I read some fussy comments, but part of adulting is being proactive when life occurs and not expecting others to adult for you.

My 19yr old coworker was involved in a traumatic accident. On arrival they were rude and had no concern for his well being. The bumper was bent back from the accident they had the opportunity to bend it back and place and decided not to because they just didn’t feel like it. They also didn’t notify him about cash payments and when he asked can he go collect money from the ATM made it seem like it was his fault he didn’t have 400 plus dollars laying around in his wallet. I recommend if you get into a accident near Lancaster county you try to solve it yourself before calling these people.

Workers were extremely rude, went to have my car towed the worker tried charging me 400 to take my car under 5 miles away, I had 370 dollars in cash which I offered to him but he denied it saying he needed 400, without an opportunity to get more money he left me in the parking lot

My elderly parents were on their way to a car show when they got a flat tire in their classic car. They called us to see who we would recommend to call for towing. We recommended Glick’s Towing. Rob was very quick to respond. He was courteous and respectful to my parents. He towed the car to my parents house per their request. We would highly recommend him for a towing need. We have also had body work done there and was very pleased.
