Don't go here if you're not paying out of pocket. Unprofessional, disorganized, long, drawn out process with insurance involved. Our agent was frustrated FOR us and did all she could. The car looks awful and we will have to take it elsewhere and pay to have it fixed and painted properly. Stay away!
Response to owner's response: We have done business with you. I will gladly update my review when my vehicle is repaired properly and things are made right.

Edit: Response to owner - Respectfully, we have done business with you twice. The first experience was great, but we paid outright. Great work and service. The second round was an insurance claim. The end result left my vehicle's headlights in need of replacement and a paint job that doesn't match. I would be happy to update my review to a more positive experience if my vehicle were properly repaired.

They did a wonderful job from start to finish. Once work was started they worked with the insurance company to get the proper parts. That lead to a beautiful finish. They definitely go the extra mile to take care of the customer. Thanks guys for a beautiful job!!!!!

Bumpers Etc. Auto Body & Collision did an outstanding job with the repair of my Toyota 4-Runner! Their attention to detail was amazing and they made my car look brand new. Dustin and the rest of the staff were very kind and very enthusiastic about their work! Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing auto repair.

I don't even know where to start. Working with Dustin and Nate was amazing. The professionalism and quality this body shop delivers is unquestionably top notch. My jeep was in terrible condition when I dropped it off. They replaced pretty much the whole passenger side from front to rear, including 2 wheels. I could not be happier when seeing it after bumpers etc worked their magic. Literally looks like the day I bought it in the showroom, absolutely perfect! Highly recommend them for any of your autobody needs.

I received some damage to the rear bumper area of my vehicle. Went to Bumpers Etc, explained what had happened. They immediately looked at the damage and gave me some options and recommended alternatives. Took their advice, made an appointment. The repair was done in a timely manner and the results were perfect. They did an excellent job. The company employees are extremely curious, helpful and caring. Best choice ......Best results!
