“I am a widow, work full time, and have extreme difficulty getting my car in for service. I had what seemed like a dangerous issue with my car. I had never gone to Park Place, but while they were very busy, they allowed me to come by and check to make sure my car wasn’t dangerous to drive while waiting to have it seen. Turned out to be something very minor and simple (and odd!) and it was remedied immediately. I was treated with respect and compassion. Thank you, Park Place for going above and beyond!”
