There was a delay waiting for a part (due to a nationwide maufacturing shortage), but Rob worked to track a part down near by and I was able to go pick it up saving a lot of time. Glick's was easy to deal with and they did good, quality work. Would use their services again if I needed to.”

She laid her vehicle on top of my front driver side section (headlight, fender, bumper, hood) I am super particular about my car and this was a disappointment to me. From the day I called in and found out they have late days/hours of the week to make it easier for those who work a 7am-5pm schedule…. To meeting Mike Burkholder who handled my claim from start to finish…. To getting backorder parts at a reasonable amount of time. Tim’s body shop has the greatest customer satisfaction, professionalism, well-organized business you can ask for. I was well informed of my car and the outcome of it is far from disappointing.
