They used to be a great company. Now they’re a cooperate sellout that wants to charge their customers ungodly prices and force them to foot the bill for changes made to tanks and equipment that have never had an issue before.

So Miller's was recommended to me, and I am so happy with my choice! I called to inquire about prices (first time ever needing fuel). The woman on the phone was so helpful! Not just with my oil but giving me advice about Propane! I ended up choosing them after calling a few places as many of the others tried to pressure me into starting with them "immediately" as the "quote" they provided may change by the time I call back (I made it clear I was making a choice that day after calling a few places). One place was slightly cheaper, but they did not offer 30 day fill ups like Millers. They said we would need to call them when it goes down to a quarter of a tank. Then they would TRY to be there within 3 days. I would prefer to have a full tank and them put in just a few gallons, then we have a snow storm or something and we will be taken care of! I am not worried about a few cents for Peace of Mind! I totally recommend this company!

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Called this morning explained I waited till the last minute like most do probably and ran out of oil lol. They said they would be more than happy to get me in that afternoon and even gave me a great price. Thank you for great service I will be a return customer for SURE!!!

Avoid them. They are underhanded and will nail you with charges and act like they did nothing wrong. Buyer beware!

Literally just called to ask questions about oil heat, whoever the lady is that answers the phone has no customer service skills what so ever. Not only was she rude but she completely just laughed at me because Im not a fuel customer. Someone needs to teach this lady some manners.
