My package spent 2 weeks sitting in this post office on its way to where I live. When I finally submitted an inquiry as to why it was missing, it was found and delivered. It came damaged- bent and stabbed.

The woman at the counter was super polite. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door and told someone would be with me in a second, that's when a second woman who was sorting mail came to the desk and opened a new register. She was helpful and apologized for my 15 second wait. It's hard to find good customer settings nowadays and I was very glad to find it.

It's Christmas. How about a smile!!! I wanted to use the UPS in the area but my wife insisted I use the regular Post Office. For the first time in my lengthy marriage the next time we have a package to be mailed I am going to ignore her request and take my business to UPS. I am willing to accept the consequences.

The APC is designed to be a 24 hour method of utilizing USPS services such as mailing a package any time of the day or night. Although the APC at the Stow location allowed me to weigh my package and purchase postage, the package receptacle was locked and directed me to place my package in one of the receptacles outside, NONE of which were large enough to accept my package. So I still need to make another trip, presumably during business hours. Don't advertise the APC as a 24/7 option when you don't make that possible!

Given the time of year, I entered the post office with my son about 10 minutes to closing. There was no wait at all. The guy took the package from my son and I and offered him a lollipop, which made him very happy. I had already packaged and labeled my boxes so he scanned them and gave us a receipt. The whole experience took less than 5 minutes. Kuddos to an awesome job well done!!!

I had a situation where my package got rerouted (it was my fault, long story), and I called the USPS in Stow to inquire about it. I've spoken to a very nice, professional employee named Chanel on two separate occasions. She remembered me and our first conversation when I called back almost a week later about another package being rerouted. I typically don't give reviews, but I was so impressed with her that I had to give a shout out to her! Thank you, Chanel, for helping me out!
