Get people to work with. They do a fantastic job at autonomy work. Employees are great. Jeff was very helpful in helping me with the process involved with my Jeep. We've used them twice and will again.

Last year, took a brand new car there part of repair included front tire replacement. Just recently noticed my new 'replacement' Michelin tire is bald at 14k miles. Vehicle hasn't been anywhere else other than dealer. Looked back at receipt and there was 50 miles put on it while under their service. Absolutely no reason for that many miles on it while in repair. Shame on me for not inspecting closely at the time last year when I picked it up but my 'new' tire is definitely a used one. Other side is very low tread as well and is suspect. My stupidity for not inspecting very closely but everything looked acceptable at the time. I do not recommend this shop. Could be just one bad egg there but to me it's crooked and creepy.

Towed to Kenny Ross collision and had several issues along the wayPhotos of accidentPhotos of error codes- popped up on way homeTook car back Monday washer fluid not working- 360 camera not working- and take it home Monday evening after being told it was fine and nothing was wrongDrive it home o Tuesday after work- headlight not working on the side the car was hit.Photos of headlights not workingI do not recommend this shop. They do not check their work and have cost my husband and I work hours and time away from our family.Still waiting for an apology and an actual list of items they repaired. How can one shop possibly make so many little mistakes in such a short period of time.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Kenny Ross had done right every time I go there. Even though I drive a car they don’t sell, when that car was in an accident I chose their body shop because of prior experience with the Subaru service department. They did not disappoint. We got in, got our estimate, and the work was done right and in a reasonable amount of time. I can’t recommend them enough.

Had my truck repainted there was told I had a lifetime warranty on the paint job have a spot of paint that's coming off and they told me there's no warranty and they will not fix my truck even though the paperwork States lifetime warranty not very happy

Have had my car back here multiple times from the same crash have had nothing but problems because of low quality work and still have damage they said is repared but obviously it is not car is less than a year old.
