Curbside is thee absolute worst here. ALWAYS only one person working curbside. It takes forever to get your order. The convenience of having of someone bringing your items, when you arent ambulating IS NOT AT THIS LOCATION!

Unacceptable Customer Service. I called to ask if they have any PlayStation gift cards, but he said no. So I asked do you have any PlayStation Plus cards?. And he said I think where have connection problems, and I was like what you mean?. he hung the mf phone up on me!. I don’t understand what am I doing wrong?.

My orders are never ready within the 2 hours and I have to wait for the next day and not get what I ordered. You can’t even get through to customer service. I hate this target

I love Target. I have been able to find items that I can't find in other brick and morter stores like certain brands of organic salad dressing or tupperware. Prices are a tad higher than Wal-mart but I prefer the shopping experience at Target. The Abington, PA store was bright and organized and I was able to find everything I needed.

Target thinks it can combat shoplifting while simultaneously price gouging all of their items by closing their self checkout kiosks. However this location graces us by providing 2(two) open registers with employees to checkout the entire store. after coming in to get my $10 bottle of body wash and $3 can of soda i realized i didn’t have the time to stand in line at one of these two open registers, each having about a dozen shoppers at each. I simply left the store empty handed. Please teach target that they cannot do this if they want to retain customers

This store gets worse every day. The shelves are empty and messy. There are weird smells in the grocery section. And now they moved self checkout to 10 items or less. But they never have more than a single cashier on duty…..
Might as well just go to good old Wally’s at this point.

Simply put, this is perhaps one of, if not THE worse Target's in the Philadelphia area - been like this for a while and yet somehow it keeps getting worse!
Needed a few things, again inventory is sparse. Out of eggs, Half and Half, I got what I could get since I have to get to the Giant Store to finish my shopping - in hindsight I should have just done that in the first place.
Get to near the cashiers/ checkout and notice a line wrapped around the aisle, not the first time! Only TWO human registers open, ALL Self-Checkout lanes were not operational...againl! Someone behind me asked a Target employee "are you going to open up more registers??!" He simply shrugged his shoulders and kept walking on. This place is just an absolute joke and management has their heads up the - you know what!
If you wish to avoid aggravation, just find another Target and avoid Abington Target.

Customer service is lazy. Called 3 times and was hung up on each time after waiting on the call trying to contact them.

I needed a new carafe for my coffee maker but couldn’t find any so reluctantly decided I’d have to buy a complete new machine.
I mentioned this to the cashier Lauren and not only did she tell me that they did sell just the carafe but she left her cash register and went up to the 2nd floor to look for one! When she couldn’t locate one, she gave me a discount on the coffee maker! She was so pleasant and helpful that what could have been a frustrating situation actually turned into a lovely interaction! Thank you Lauren for excellent customer service.

Honestly the worst target I’ve ever been to. The layout is poor and confusing. Hit or miss if you’re even able to get a cart (the carts don’t always fit through awkward pillared aisles). Shelves are often bare throughout the store.
Went in today and none of the things I needed were stocked, wound up leaving empty handed. A big change from my normal MO of leaving with more things than I came in for.

You can't comfortably shop without the AT&T service folks harassing you. Even if you politely say "no, thanks, I'm good", they still keep pushing. This is the 2nd time I had to walk out of the store after being stalked by their salespeople. Its obnoxious. I'm never going back.

Why have 12 spots open for curbside pick-up if you only have 1 person wheeling out the orders? I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes. Some cars that came after me got their stuff and already left. Why??? The guy bringing out the orders couldn’t walk any slower. This service is supposed to be convenient. I could have gone inside and shopped myself for the entire order in less time. The sad part is I’m sure I could walk in and find several employees doing absolutely nothing. Ironically, after waiting over 40 minutes, I went inside and the managers response was that there’s just a lot of orders and no one else can help. I guess the three other people I saw standing back there don’t count right? A real manager would have jumped in and handled the extra work, but instead all he cared about was getting in his car and driving away. Great service, huh? I made sure the other cars that were equally as frustrated knew about the service or lack of service provided inside.
Management- please pay attention and do better. Don’t offer a service if you can’t provide it.
