I would like Bill, Juan’s manager, and Rosenthal’s executives to know that I passed over the same vehicle (exact year, make, model, trim) at another dealership — purely, because I didn’t trust the salesman. The guy was all business. Nothing about it felt human. At Honda of Abington, despite not being able to negotiate the price and not having a delivery option — all of which are reasons I normally would have walked — my purchase came down to trust.Within minutes of interacting with Juan Savinon during the test drive, I knew I wanted to buy from him. Even though he was only a month into his role, it was a gut feeling that told me I could trust him.At the desk, instead of guessing at my questions to compensate for lack of experience, he went and found out the answers without being afraid of looking foolish.Trust, humility, honor. These are the intangibles that you simply cannot train when it comes to staffing. Skill can be taught — character can’t. The older adage in sales is that if people buy you, they’ll buy from you.Juan represented the brand well. May he be blessed in his career with you all.Thank you!

This review is for Service at Honda of Abington, very disappointed, shouldn't be any stars for Service Department. I took my wife's car 2022 model year car with only 18K miles on it for factory recalls. While I was taking the car for the recall I decided since I will leave the car for the day let them do oil change as well as state inspections. After 2 days in the shop they told me car is not passing inspection, remind you car is less than 2 years old and their technician while working on the factory recall managed to mess up computer functions for not passing inspection, but it's not the way they presented this to me. When I questioned that car is new and shouldn't have such issues they did sort of acknowledge that work was done on the car resulted in failing the inspection. Next issue was oil change, the next day I notice oil leak under the car on my garage floor. When I check oil filter wasn't tight enough and dripping oil. After I tightened the filter no more leaks, but they did such a messy work with oil change that I wouldn't trust them to change oil on my lawn mower. Oil residue all over subframe and some even on the rim, I kept this car in meticulous condition and did oil changes myself including last oil change so I know there was no oil residue on the subframe. My fault trusting that Honda will have to train their mechanics before hiring them. I also specifically asked them to check one tire for imbedded screw, take it out and plug it in, so it doesn't have slow air leak. Instead, they did tire rotation which I didn't ask for; I'm puzzled that mechanic didn't notice that rear tires slightly worn than front why he's doing rotation. It took me another hour to rotate back tires this weekend to fix this mess. Now, I will have to find time to take this car to another Honda Dealer for inspections to make sure they didn't mess up anything else in the car.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We bought our car in August. We still did not have the title and permanent registration by October. On October 11, we got an email from Honda that said the registration was "on it's way." Still did not receive it by November 3rd. The registration was up on November 4. We had already made multiple phone calls and left messages with managers-no return calls. We went to the showroom to see if we could get a print out of the title. The service rep was trying to be helpful, but was unable to retrieve the title number. A MANAGER told us "It's not my job", the state is behind six weeks and, "You aren't the first and won't be that last" that this happens to." Maybe if Honda had taken our calls earlier, this could have been resolved. THIS IS HORRIBLE!

Purchased a 2024 pilot from Jose yesterday, and although it started out a little slow (not Jose’s fault), and my trade value was a bit off, it got better as time went on. The only complaint I have is how slow the process is…I was there for a total of 6.5 hours. The salesman are great and very friendly, and I am happy with my new pilot.

I purchased a car the other day. It was quick, hassle free and they were not pushing you into getting a vehicle right away. I had Earl V he was very helpful and asked all my questions. And before the test drive he did a walk through with me with the vehicle. Everyone there was so friendly. If you go there ask for Earl I promise you will get the best service.

I had an exceptional experience with Carlos at Honda of Abington while purchasing our first car. Carlos truly went the extra mile for us by staying over time to assist with our finances and ensure we could drive off with our new car the same day. We appreciate his willingness to accommodate our needs and work diligently to make the process convenient for us. Carlos is a true professional who values customer satisfaction and delivers on his promises. Carlos displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise, answering all our questions and ensuring we understood every detail. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for our satisfaction made the entire buying experience memorable. I highly recommend Carlos at Honda of Abington for anyone seeking a reliable and enjoyable car-buying journey. Thank you again, Carlos, for your outstanding effort and exceptional service. We're thrilled with our new Honda and the service you provided.

I just bought a used Honda Fit from Abington Honda. I don't usually write reviews but after having the car for a couple of weeks I thought I had to. I have been looking for a used Honda Fit in decent shape for a couple of years and what some dealerships are passing off as a decent car, is very disappointing. I drove one hour to look at this particular car and I was not disappointed. What a nice fuel efficient car. Runs and drives great and the price was competitive. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this dealership for their honesty and professionalism. I think so much of this dealership I will even go back there for service even though it's an hour away.

The dealership failed to respond to three attempts to make contact in order to schedule recall work. The issue was escalated through a case manager at American Honda, who likewise was unable to reach anyone at the dealership, and is attempting to coordinate the recall work with a different dealership. I have purchased four vehicles from Sussman, but no more. I quit having maintenance done there years ago due to the dealership’s high pressure tactics and big bills, but the failure to return a single phone call or e-mail is pathetic and inexcusable. The glowing 5-star reviews look somewhat suspicious alongside the 1-star reviews, but staff at this dealership have been known to pressure their customers for top ratings; I had to school one of them on ethics because he held back my paperwork until I agreed to give a 5-star rating for the recall work that was done.

Great dealership. Very upfront. No haggling. Wonderful sales staff (ask for Hunter; he goes above and beyond!). Had to wait for the car we wanted and they kept us updated throughout the process. All extended warranty and maintenance plans explained clearly and in detail. A++++

If I could give negative starts I would. That was the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I can understand at the end of the day it’s a dealership and they will haggle with you ect. But to be out right disrespectful and rude is disgusting, and by a manger! We worked with a newer sales associate Miguel which we loved! Only reason we attempted to buy a car from here. This gentleman was kind, thoughtful and understanding. If you had to go to this dealership I would only work with Miguel. It’s a shame his boss is the most disrespectful liar I’ve came in contact with. To make a long story short…We were stuck at the dealership for 6hours and by the time we finally started the paperwork THEY REALIZED THE CAR WAS NEVER INSPECTED. Yet Joe informed us 6 hours before “Oh we inspect all of our car” clearly not. Then became frustrated and says “I don’t even want to sell you the car”. What kind of dealership has a manger like this? Clearly they promote anything. DO NOT WORK WITH JOE McCLARIN he is the rudest, disrespectful, careless thoughtless person I’ve dealt with.

Every person at the dealership was professional and helpful. I contacted 3 different Honda dealerships, and this was the only one I felt was honest and cared about getting my business. I highly recommend this dealership!

Yesterday, I made an oil change appointment for 1:45 pm online and got all the confirmations. Admittedly, I pulled up at 1:47 pm but immediately someone met me at the car and I went to sit down. AN HOUR LATER they come ask me why I said I had an appointment because I wasn't in their system and they hadn't even touched my car yet. I showed them the text and email confirmation and they just kinda shrugged and didnt offer an estimate on when they'd be done. Almost every other person in the waiting room also had appointments that don't seem to matter. Now I've been here for almost 2 full hours. For an oil change. No one suggested it would take this long so I opted to wait, now I wish I would have just dropped it off. Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure why I bother to be loyal to the dealership I bought my car at if a simple oil change takes so long, the appointment system doesn't work/doesn't even matter, and no one bothers to communicate any reasoning behind such delays or offers time estimates. Last time I come here for something so simple.

This place changed tremendously. I am a longtime customer but I'm officially done with this place. I will never go back there. Dysfunctional team and disgraceful service. I was there last week for an inspection and oil change. My appt was at 3pm and when I arrived the concierge person told me that i need to come back next day as they cant get it done the same day. I asked the guy why they schedule an appt if they cant honor it. He said, appt doesn't mean anything and he does not understand himself why they allow late appointments as there were too many cars there from the day before. I left my car there and returned around 6pm the next day after work to pickup. They were not answering their phone call so i was not sure if they are done with my car. Regardless, they weren't done when i got there so i waited for about 45 minutes and when its time to go home I realized that inspection was done but not oil change. I asked the guy there and he seemed to not care. He asked me to bring it back the next day. It seems the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing in this place so please avoid going there and save your selves some agrievation. I'm really sad about this dealership and how it turned out. This is closer to my house and I rather come here instead of driving to other locations, but this is it for me. I can't take it no more as this is not the first incident in the last few months.

One of my headlight bulbs went out and I came promptly at 8am, figuring it would be a quick change (< 10 minutes). I waited 45+ minutes and then was charged nearly $100. The bulb itself was $35, and then I was charged another $50+ for labor, for something that would have taken less than 10 minutes to do. The manager of the service center was very kind and apologized for the cost and the long wait, but I was extremely shocked at how expensive this service was, to say the least.I understand and support that employees need to be paid for their work, but I feel the overall price was much too high for the service that I needed (as well as how long I needed to wait!). Next time a headlight bulb goes out on my car, I'll be fixing it myself.
