“We worked with Gary in the Warrington store. He is now our go to sleep scientist. He was Uber knowledgeable about mattresses, sleep science and also very friendly. Loved his approach because it’s kinda weird sleeping in front of someone. He introduced us to each mattress, gave us all the information and then gave us some private time so we could lay and share our thoughts on each mattress. He was also super patient as we were trying mattresses for like an hour and 1/2. He was just as pleasant at the end as he was when we first met. Feel like we got a great price and they are delivering in 2 days! Highly recommend Gary at mattress firm in Warrington, Pa. Great job!”

Today Kevin helped us find twin mattresses for a new trundle day bed in our spare room. “When we walked in the store we were under the impression that it was just like buying a used car, and the hassles that come with it. Which, ultimately, they didn’t experience Bernie. A salesmen yes, but I believe this was Bernies calling. He was smoother than ice, built to sell these Rolls-Royce of comforts. A-Slim man, six feet, with a Hugh knowledge of mattresses circulating under his mask. Moreover, he broke us down like first grade, and riding a bike for the first time! Yes we went in thinking, we have a bed in thought and no one can change our minds. LOL, that wasn't the story. After an education in beds 101, we got a super bed that came with a great price. Furthermore, I wish all salesmen acted like Bernie. Totally awesome experience…..5 stars Bernie.”

“I met Heather Wessner about a year and a half ago when I visited Oscar Huber Furniture in Southampton, Pennsylvania. At the time I was looking for living room furniture and I was discouraged that my past decorating choices did not turn out the way I visioned. Of course, some of these were expensive mistakes. I am retired now and I thought I would give it one more time to create a cohesive home. The truth is...I did not even know my design aesthetic and I knew that I needed help.Working with Heather over this past year and a half has been an absolute pleasure. Heather visited my home on several occasions. She asked questions and developed a sense of how I would like my home to "feel". Questions like: How do you hope to use this space? How many people do you hope to sit here? Do you want this room to reflect a larger family gathering with a central focus or several small seating areas for more intimate conversations? Where in your space do you like to unwind? There were accommodations created for my little rescue dog (e.g. crate, etc.) so that nothing really looks like an afterthought. In decorating choices, Heather used colors already present in my home (e.g. sage green kitchen cabinets) to create a lovely flow throughout. She was kind enough to weigh in so very often on other projects that I was completing in my home (e.g. bathroom renovation and choice of lightening) which certainly did not involve our initial work together. Heather's main focus is to insure that the interior design reflects the person's design aesthetic ... even if the client is initially unsure of what that is...and to put this together with a person's way of life. I can honestly say that there has not been one bit of design advise that did not work out in my home. In fact, once I returned a ceiling lantern to Oscar Huber telling Heather it was too big. Heather cautioned to just wait because there was no furniture yet in my living room and that would change the look of the lantern. And yes! The lantern looks stunning in my living room...it was not too big.A big shout out to Heidi who is the Interior Designer for the Oscar Huber stores. So so many curbside consults and design advise...all generously given and so spot on. The Oscar Huber store is absolutely beautiful and that reflects Heidi's talents and work. A huge thank you to Doug, the manager of the Southhampton store. Doug arranged so many furniture deliveries and just went above and beyond to make sure every detail was in order.Indeed, this review is long overdue. I write it unprompted and without hesitation. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Heather Wessner...such a talented interior designer...and shopping at Oscar Huber.”

“Overall this was a good experience. I bought the left and right end pieces of a Starbot Power Recliner sectional to make a love seat for my living room. For comparison only, Ashley Furniture in Warminster had these pieces for $1799.98 which did include delivery and installation (they also had a 5% Military Discount - $90 off); for a delivered and installed price of $1709.98. Removal and disposal of my old love seat was not available at all. So, with PA tax added, total cost would have been $1812.58 Sweet Dreams sold me the exact same pieces for $1120 also with a 5% Military Discount of $56 for a price of $1064.00. However, Sweet Dreams then added $150.00 for delivery (paid to the store), $38.34 for using my credit card (3% - paid to the store - bring a check with you!), $100.00 cash to the driver for taking my old love seat to the curb plus another $100.00 cash for disposal at the dump (also paid to the driver). These cash payments were not tips. I was told about them by phone after I had already paid for the sectionals at the store. The delivery people did offer to unbox and set up the new love seat (which was not included) for an additional $75.00 cash which I declined. (It took me all of 15 minutes to set up the love seat. It would have been 10 minutes if I had had a helper). So, with PA tax added I paid $1316.18 for the loveseat; a savings of $496.40 (though I did have to put it together myself). Apples to apples, while buying from Sweet Dreams had some frustrations at the nickel and dime add-ons, even with the removal and disposal costs, they save me $296.40 on the love seat and I did not have to deal with the old sofa. A win ... Oh, and as to delivery time, order placed on 23 Dec 2023 and delivered 9 Jan 2024 due to only having a left side in stock locally.”

“After a terrible experience with a local big box store, it was impressed upon me to visit Gerhards (Glenside). This is where I met Dave.After a bit of due diligence and learning which refrigerator brands not to invest in, I landed upon a GE model. I told Dave what I wanted and he made it happen. It was a quick sale on a Monday afternoon with delivery expected on Wednesday. When minor issues were found upon delivery, parts were sent via Fed Ex to my residence. Fast Repair service was quickly scheduled. Dan came out and made everything pretty again. It’s just what he does! Dave even reached out several times in the process, to ensure that I was being well taken care. Thank you, Dave!!P.S. This fridge is so dang quiet, I keep checking to see if it’s on.”
