Jasmeen took my blood sample today & I cant say enough about her - professional, kind, friendly and most important outstanding skills. Perfect stick - no pain, retrieved the blood in one shot.

Upon arriving at the facility today with my 1-year-old and 2-year-old, my well-behaved two-year-old promptly informed me of her need to use the restroom. Approaching the front desk, I politely inquired if we could access the restroom located in the back. Noticing the demeanor of the attendant, a full-figured woman with a bob hairstyle, which was less than welcoming to other customers, I felt it appropriate to seek permission. Regrettably, her response was accompanied by a sigh, eye roll, and a reluctant "I guess."Upon reaching the back, we encountered Jazmeene, the phlebotomist, who displayed a similarly unpleasant attitude. Despite my children's impeccable behavior during the blood drawing procedure, Jazmeene's demeanor remained disconcerting. In light of these experiences, I feel compelled to express my profound disappointment. It is crucial for establishments to uphold standards of professionalism and courtesy, particularly when serving families with young children. I urge the management to address these issues promptly, as such behavior undermines the reputation and integrity of the facility. Regrettably, I must inform you that I will not be returning to this location and cannot in good conscience recommend it to others.

I signed in and after waiting a while with my child, I noticed her name kept being pushed to the bottom of the list. I was then told appointments come first by a rude representative. I don’t understand how healthcare professionals are allowed to be mean and nasty to patients.

Horrible service. I came with a pdf copy of my script for blood work and they wouldn't let me keep my appointment because I didn't have it printed out. I asked to email it to them because I'm pretty sure they must have a printer but no one would help.

Last 2 times going to this location and they have forgotten half my bloodwork. They take all the papers send me to the back and the take some bloodwork and send me on my way. 20 minutes later both times they call me and say we forget some of your bloodwork. They have seem to undergo a change at this location and it is not good.

Nellie, my technician at Labcorp, was wonderful! She immediately made me feel at ease with her calming, professional manner. She drew my blood quickly and effortlessly. Thank you, Nellie!

My husband was just there this morning and it was a disaster from the moment he got there. The girl at the desk just pointed. No good morning no how can I help you? Wrong address....that was his fault? Even though he has been getting blood drawn at the same location for 10 years and we have lived in the same house since 85. Lots of elderly left to navigate the new machines without an ounce of help. Blood results will not come the same day because the no longer send them "upstairs". When he took a picture of the review info, the girl begged him not to give a bad review because that would review her. THIS IS NOT AN IMPOROVEMENT! You are going to lose a lot of people to Quest and I don't blame them. His overall impression: They could care less.

I just went to the Labcorp today at 1151 Old York Road in Abington, PA and had a horrific experience. The woman who was drawing my blood went into my left arm and did something wrong, either she was approaching an artery or something, but I was in excruciating pain. Then, she pulled the needle out and went into the other arm and apparently, there was some type of hemorrhage or something because now there is a lump the size of a grapefruit that is on my arm as a result of her incompetence. This experience was absolutely despicable and now I have to see my doctor to find out what I have to do. My arm is swollen (It's all black, green and purple) and looks terrible as a result of her incompetence. Lastly, the technician that drew my blood and the woman I checked in with were extremely nasty and abrupt! I even asked if they could send the results to another doctor and the woman who checked me in abruptly said "no!" The customer service was atrocious and awful! I shouldn't have to go in for a routine clinical lab work and have a major medical issue as a result of that visit. Just a horrific experience!

I used to bring my mom here when she was a cancer patient (she passed away in September). I had to get my blood work so I wanted to come here. There’s was an male African American employee (the only guy who worked here for some time) whom my mom and I preferred to work with. He was very nice, efficient, and he was gentle with my mom. When I sat down with this woman who was new, she was not very pleasant with me. She was rude and abrupt in her speech. I wanted to verify that they were taking the 3 tests that my doctor wanted and she just interrupted me saying “yeah, I got it”. But what she should’ve done was go over those items to ask if that’s what we were getting done instead of telling me she already knew it. There were some other things I hesitated about and had to question, but she was very sassy! She had a thick African accent so it was kind of hard to understand her too. And when I asked her to repeat herself she spoke with such a sharp tone. I also asked if the guy still works here and she looked over at her coworker who told her that he no longer works there. And then she said to me “why, you want him to draw your blood?” (Again, in a sassy tone). To which I replied, “Yeah, he was really good! He was nice and gentle.” Then she gave an unpleasant look on her face. Then she said “follow me” and walked away. Her bedside manners were awful. She lacked warmth and gentleness. She was very rough and quick to get through this. I could tell she was waiting for the end of the shift and counting down her hour. She didn’t even warn me before she poked me with the needle, then she said “okay, have a good day”. Terrible. I would never come back here again if I knew she was seeing me. She should be trained on how to speak and care for patients, rather than bulldoze over them. I don’t know how they hired her but they must’ve been desperate. I know they were short staffed for a while. It’s really sad. I had fond memories of coming here but now it’s gone sour.

The employees are nice and they’re trying their best, but the company has them so understaffed and the system they have isn’t great. I was a walk-in, checked in, sat down. Other walk-ins who checked in after me, the system kept putting them above me and moving me to the bottom of the list. Not the employees fault

The phlebotomist named Kisha has a very unprofessional demeanor. She was rude with no bedside manner. She needs excelerated sensitivity training.

I'd like to thank the amazing staff who helped me so quickly and effectively when I fainted after having blood drawn. They were swift, professional, and gentle with me and provided ice packs and water which immediately helped. They also gave me great advice for next time which is to lay down instead of sitting- no one ever told me you could ask to lay down! I was a walk-in and I was seen within 10 minutes of entering the building. Clean, efficient environment with excellently trained and caring staff. Thanks again ladies!
