Stool sample collection kit directions were wrong and the female who called me was so rude and argued with me about the number or tubes and what ones were filled. They are so rude here and the front desk woman or whoever called me should be fired

We took my 1 year old son here for his blood work. The only reason for loosing a star was they called my son's name from the 3rd computer and when I went to the window the reception said with attitude to come to the 3rd desk. I was unaware I was to let myself in the door. The lady was very nice once we sat down.
The phlebotomists that took my son's blood deserve more than 10 stars! We started with one who took her time with him, felt multiple times for his veins, used the warmers to help. She called in another woman to help and together they were able to get my son's blood quickly. They were so gentle and kind to him and explained everything to me.

Walked in at the time of closing and apologized because I knew that they were closing but I just had a question regarding a faxed prescription. The front desk staff said “we’re closed” in a rude dismissive tone. I let her know that I went to another location not too far from this location and they didn’t have my prescription. So I thought maybe it was faxed to this location and I could pick it up if it was here. She then stated “ if they don’t have it we don’t have it”. If you don’t like what you do for a living find another job. Just from that 2 minute interaction I can see why they have the reviews that they do.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I actually had a verbal confrontation with one of the phlebotomists there - twice I said, “I don’t like the way you’re talking to me”.
That AWFUL woman showed no compassion for my elderly mother when she cried several times, “Is it almost over?!!”. Then she wasn’t around to tell me where to put the urine sample. I asked a lady in another room and she said, “There’s a bin in the hall around the corner”.
Incidentally, before we were taken from the waiting room into the back, a man came out and said to his wife, “I’m never coming here again”.
If any executives at LabCorp are reading this… please hire better people. AND hire someone to mop the crud out of the corners of the floor. OR maybe just shut the place down.

Went in first thing in the morning, loud music, check in girl loud with personal information and unprofessional.

The front office staff were not professional at all. Quite rude and disrespectful. Will never go there again.
The only positive was the young man who drew my labs.

Terrible experience with “Susie”. No name tag. Called my first name repeatedly from the 3rd computer back behind the glass barrier. No no please don’t get up. I did not realize I was supposed to let myself into the back office area… that’s a first at a professional medical facility. She did not verify my full name or date of birth, just payment information. Eye rolls and passive aggressive responses to my yes or no questions. A lot of rude silence like my appointment was an inconvenience. PLEASE LOOK INTO HOW THIS LOCATION IS BEING RUN. It is across from the hospital. Please stop treating patients like garbage Abington Labcorp! We would really appreciate it!

I only experience rudeness by female staff. Good location, No smile. I was told by Urologist my script was sent with correct last name. Thank God I brought old one last name was printed wrong. I was concerned my last name was wrong in their system. When I asked she spelled my last name which was on script which was correct in their system. Why unnecessary stress when I'm about to call doctor and it's in your system already. Told me to go back all chairs filled. I will not come back to this Labcorp location it's not worth the stress. Someone need to teach professionalism, customer service. No need for rudeness UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT

Jasmeen took my blood sample today & I cant say enough about her - professional, kind, friendly and most important outstanding skills. Perfect stick - no pain, retrieved the blood in one shot.

Upon arriving at the facility today with my 1-year-old and 2-year-old, my well-behaved two-year-old promptly informed me of her need to use the restroom. Approaching the front desk, I politely inquired if we could access the restroom located in the back. Noticing the demeanor of the attendant, a full-figured woman with a bob hairstyle, which was less than welcoming to other customers, I felt it appropriate to seek permission. Regrettably, her response was accompanied by a sigh, eye roll, and a reluctant "I guess."Upon reaching the back, we encountered Jazmeene, the phlebotomist, who displayed a similarly unpleasant attitude. Despite my children's impeccable behavior during the blood drawing procedure, Jazmeene's demeanor remained disconcerting.In light of these experiences, I feel compelled to express my profound disappointment. It is crucial for establishments to uphold standards of professionalism and courtesy, particularly when serving families with young children. I urge the management to address these issues promptly, as such behavior undermines the reputation and integrity of the facility. Regrettably, I must inform you that I will not be returning to this location and cannot in good conscience recommend it to others.

I signed in and after waiting a while with my child, I noticed her name kept being pushed to the bottom of the list. I was then told appointments come first by a rude representative. I don’t understand how healthcare professionals are allowed to be mean and nasty to patients.
