Amazing staff. Super friendly. Get to Einhorn and he is argumentative and dismissive. Too many other Docs out there to put up with this. Find someone else

I wish I had read the Google reviews before going. The WORST doctor experience I have ever had. I heard him complaining about other patients at the desk. The front desk people are an absolute nightmare. She spoke to me like I was an inmate. They absolutely don't care about their patients and it's clear this comes from the top down. This guy is a malpractice waiting to happen, if it hasn't already. ZERO STARS - STAY AWAY!!

Horrible experience. Went in with a sinus infection will bright yellow mucus. He said My sinuses were fine and there was no infection. For 47 year my eyes have swollen when I have a sinus infection but he said there is no connection (which would mean the other ENTs I've seen in the past were all wong) He told me I should see an eye doctor if my sinuses are affecting my eyes. I then stated I didnt think he was listening to my concerns or taking them seriously, in which case he suggested I should have a hearing test. I asked for a prescription for a sinus cat scan and they gave me one without an authorization code, saying they would call me with it. That was a week and a half ago. I have still not received the authorization, however I did receive the bill.Update : got the cat scan back. It showed sinusitis in the sinuses surrounding my eyes, sphenoid and ethmoid. Needless to say, his diagnosis was way off.Update #2 . After having the cat scan results for 2 weeks I still had not heard from him. I called his office and he called me back within the day to tell me he completely disagrees with the results of the cat scan.

Completely defensive and tries to insult your intelligence! Office staff unprofessional, which makes sense!

5 ☆☆☆☆☆I had about 10% or less of hearing in my left ear. After thoroughly checking Dr Kenneth Einhorn told me I had Fluid stuck behind my ear drum. After a 5 minute procedure I was back to about 75% hearing and he said it would improve in two to 3 weeks. Well in about two weeks my hearing was back to normal levels. I highly recommend Kenneth Einhorn MD for ears nose and throat issues.

Been having ear pain for several months. My doctor said she noticed some irregularities and told me to see an ENT specialist. Prior to my appointment, I ended up in the ER because my face swelled up. ER doctor, after checking me, told me I needed to see an ENT specialist because he also saw some irregularities. Excited about my appointment finally arriving, going to get my ear issues fixed. This doctor looks in my ears, nose and throat and says everything looks fine. Told me to use Flonase and sent me on my way. Mind you he never made eye contact with me the whole time. So dissappointed and angry. Would never recommend this doctor. He did nothing more then what my regular doctor did. So, on to another ENT.

Dr. Einhorn apparently never took a course in bedside manner. He does not demonstrate much compassion or patience. An existing patient, I called for an appointment to address a medical concern, and I was told the doctor would not see me for several weeks.
