Bought our 2021 Odyssey at Conicelli Honda, but have been having battery issues this month. Took it to Honda of Abington (formerly Sussman), as Conicelli said it didn't matter which shop we used since the car is still under factory warranty (easily under warranty--not a "close call"). My very peaceable husband had to waste time explaining this multiple times after the car arrived at the shop, and then had to argue via multiple calls with multiple people when the shop discovered that the car did indeed need a new battery and they were going to charge us. Horrible experience with awful service, which felt maliciously predatory or else incredibly incompetent. Either way, we will never be using Honda of Abington again, and will be telling our friends and family to steer clear as well.

Dropped my car off on a Wednesday at 8am. They kept ny car for 3 days and only called me once with information, despite my multiple phone calls asking for updates. I finally had to go pick up my car to get it back. They never fixed it and still hadn't found out what was covered under warranty when I got there on the 3rd day. The experience in had was mind blowing. I don't understand how this was possible.

I took my 2020 passport to them because it was hit by another car and thay excepted the insurance. Thay did a fantastic job repairing it. The car was like new.Services: Auto body & trim repair

The service appointment was handledprofessionally. The service managers arenice and explain each items on the list . Infact know the existing recalls pending andupdate of recalls which I had three.On the Day of Service the items on the list: State Inspection, Regular service required by Honda, and the Recalls wereperformed timely. No “extra items” surfacedrequiring $$. Compared to my previousDealerServices,(I am 24 years Honda guy),Abington Honda is #1 and a welcomeexperience. Took my car in for an oil change, four days later, my car caught on fire underneath the carriage and oil just poured out . Called AAA, to tow it to Honda, and didn't get the car back until 2 days later. Ofcourse, it was a rookie mistake on their behalf and really could have messed up my engine. You would have thought they would offer me some free oil changes in the future for inconveniencing me, NOPE, NOTHING. ..Not even the manager came out to talk to me. Nothing...Service: Oil change

Gabe, Hunter, and the other staff members were a pleasure to work with. They were honest and open with their pricing, communicative, and extremely helpful. They did everything possible to make the car buying experience positive, and I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Honda.

They did not communicate with me properly. When I tried to call them once my car was dropped off on what could be fixed they never listened to the message and then did not complete the work. Now I have to take another day off to get what I requested to get done and was offered only five percent discount. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere after being a customer since 2009

Fixed AC warranted issue, but the fix only lasted 1 day. Couldn’t get an appt for another 2 weeks. At that appt my service mgr was in hospital—no one covered his phone when I called for status so I sent email instead. Srvc mgr who responded couldn’t care less—did not provide status before my pick-up deadline, could not guarantee when my car would be ready. Car was finally ready 4 days late.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Very poor communication in the service department. I was in for a state inspection and was told it would take 2 hours. At the 2 hour mark, I asked for a status update and was told their emissions testing machine wasn’t working and it would be at least another hour.they knew this for an hour, but no one thought to let me know as soon as they knew the machine was a problem. When I went to check out the bill was twice as much as I was quoted over the phone the week prior. I will not be back.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Ordered a camera for my honda accordWednesday and Saturday. In person, ordered s new headlight. Saturday. Saturday they said the camera wss in and Headlight will be next day. Tuesdsy came in for installation and no camers. Ordered again and came back next day. Two days I had to come insteadof one.Services: A/C installation & repair

Finding a new Honda Odyssey Elite is not an easy task right now, and 2 of the 3 dealerships I reached out to knew it and exploited that fact. However, fortunately Honda of Abington was not of the same mindset. They were honest and caring, and understand that the tides will once again turn to the consumer, and definitely gained a lifelong customer in me. Each person I crossed paths with at the dealership was attentive and helpful, and I felt respected and that they cared about my business. I highly recommend Honda of Abington to anyone looking for quality service and an honest salesperson.

I would give Honda of Abington a negative number if that was an option. I made an appointment to get an oil change which usually takes less than an hour. I arrived at 9:25 for my 9:30 appointment. I took a half day off of work “just in case”. I walked to the mall to kill time. I called numerous times and no one could give me an answer if my car was finished. I ended up having to take a whole day off of work. At 3 o’clock I walked back to the car dealership and they told me unfortunately, they haven’t started working on my car. WHAT? What’s the point of having an appointment at 9:30 if at 3 o’clock they still haven’t started. I ended up being at the dealership until almost 6 for them to do a simple oil change. Don’t waste your time and your money. Go anywhere else.

Went in for an oil change using their express service. I expected to be there at least an hour but was there for almost 2. No one updated me on my cars status, I had to inquire. Customer service wasn't the best. I will be returning to my usual honda dealership in Montgomeryville. Much better service!!!

It was complicated. When I made the appt, I informed the service person, that my car was old, with high mileage. We were not sure how much longer we wanted to sink money into it. I told them I wanted it evaluated, and before any repairs are made, I want to hear what repairs are needed, and what the costs would be. We were planning a trip to Cape Cod, wanted to make sure it would be reliable. When I dropped off the car, I included a note that reiterated the above arrangement. Got a call the day it was evaluated, was told what repairs were needed and the cost would be no more than $2,200. We said go for it. Got a receipt when the work was done, total was $3, 200. I was alarmed. Called several times, no one picked up. BTW, throughout the process, I called service multiple times, no one ever picked up. Anyway, I called Asif, he lowered the cost to $2,600, which was still more than we agreed to, but we wanted to move on. Not the best experience.Service: Tires

needed my front right tire replaced because of a cut on the tire. was able to get an appointment within hours of calling. Stephen Milcarsky personally supervised the work . everyone was very professional and courteous.Service: Tires
