Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they care about your pets. They’re also super great with communication and letting you know what’s going on. My one cat had 9 teeth removed and they kept in contact with me throughout the surgery and recovery process.

From my initial phone call to have my new furry family member checked out to all following appointments. This was an excellent choice with how caring and thorough everyone in the group has been. Up to date information in the app, caring doctors, super friendly staff, and on time follow ups.

Everyone was so kind and compassionate with us and with Thunder in an emergency situation. You saved his life! We appreciated the 2 days of care and daily follow up calls to check on him. Special thanks to Dr. Block, Dr. Bevilacqua, Amy, Michele, Guillermo and the rest of the staff that cared for him. and that continue to care for the rest of our furballs.
Our family has been trusting our cats' healthcare to Hamilton Animal Hospital for many, many years. Dr. Block and her staff provide honest, supportive, competent, holistic care. Their kindness and love for animals is evident at each visit If testing has been done, there is always a prompt call with test results. If a pet is sick or has had a procedure, there is a follow up call to check how the pet is doing. The care provided for aging pets is gentle and kind. Our family is sure that Hamilton Animal Hospital has helped us improve the quality and extend the years of our cats' lives.
Update to this previous post: In the past year we have lost 4 of our kitties due to age/cancer/other causes. In each case, the doctors and staff did all they could do to extend our cats' lives. They all had peaceful deaths and we were sure that everything was done to make them comfortable. We had the time to say "good bye". Special thanks to Dr. Block, Dr. Bevilacqua and Dr. Barenbaum.
On a happier note, Dr. Barenbaum helped us save the life of one of our outdoor kitties, after we were successful in bringing him inside. After her TLC and following frequent medical attention and 2 surgeries, we now have a healthy indoor cat who has amazed us with his recovery and new lease on life!

We see Dr. Bevilacqua most often. She and the entire team at Hamilton Animal Hospital have been great! We've been taking our cat and 2 dogs to this office since we moved to Willow Grove. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The Dr.'s have always been willing to answer all questions and do a great job following up with test results after visits. Everyone here has been amazing with our pets! Highly recommend the team at Hamilton Animal Hospital!

They love animals! Each and every person on staff loves animals. It’s enriching. Is that a word for this? The staff is so cool and each person loves animals how would you not ever be cared more. Having animals is like a marriage. And they get it. I have struggled so much with a Gsp puppy and they have been super supportive and helpful. Also noted it’s like each time
You walk in your met with love. They love animals. I really cannot cheer loudly! Amazing place beautiful staff.

Not only were the staff genuinely kind and welcoming but my Vet was so down to earth and understanding! She made special arrangements for my Astro’s nail clipping w/no extra charge! ?❤️? We were both happy campers!

I have never had an experience with this hospital like my wife has had today. Our dog has been treated by this hospital for 5 years. My wife took our dog in for preventatives and left with everything but that. Lack of communication from these doctors caused my wife to have to pay a very nasty bill. The money isn’t the issue but it’s the principle. Wouldn’t you like to know what you are paying for ? Or even if your pet needs it at that moment? Or better yet wouldn’t you like to go and pay for what you came for ? We are very disappointed and will never return again.

I had another good experience at Hamilton Animal Hospital. We have switched vets because the were so expensive at the old vet. If I has a follow up visit I was paying for it. At Hamilton they don't make you pay for the visit.
My dog needed a shot and blood work and the didn't push the blood work on me the said we can do it next week.
She had her shot and we were on our way. She was acting a little weird that night but gave her ice so she stayed hydrated. The next morning I received a call from them asking how my dog was doing? I liked the fact that they called to ask about her. Never has a vet called me to check on how the dog was. Glad I made the switch to Hamilton.

After 17 years i had to say goodbye to my Ruby. Everyone at Hamilton was so kind. They gave me a lot of time to say goodbye and i left with a keepsake box with my Ruby's paw prints. They made a bad day a little better.
