came here like i always do after work got here 10 minutes before closing to grab chicken to eat for dinner quick and easy and they already locked the doors and i see some fat guy in a blue shirt walking around hiding not letting anyone in. never coming back to this giant again total waste of my time. and no dinner

Not a bad store, but the inventory was super low and there is no cell coverage inside. Also, their Wi-Fi doesn't work. Do not come here if you want to do Instacart unless you have service that works in the store.

There are no carts by the front door. All the carts are at the back of the parking lot, blocking up other parking spaces, but they are spending their money on computerized check out, when they should be hiring to keep up with the maintenance of the store. The carts that are by the door are filled with trash, and stick together, so you can’t even pull them apart half the time. Store should be ashamed of itself. There’s so many better supermarkets around that I’d rather spend my money at, That have better sanitation, and super friendly workers. I’d rather deal with a person than a machine and I’d love to have a cart, that I don’t have to walk far to grab. This place is just gross.

The bathrooms are dirty and horrible. I shop this location once a week. The men’s bathroom is the reason, I will never buy foods prepared by staff. Washing hands is unnecessary, when paper towels used to dry hands and open door is nonexistent. If not addressed soon, next visit I will post pictures of bathroom. It’s disgusting. Pay workers better.

Recently ordered 150 pieces of chicken from the Deli (Staff: Darlene) for our baby shower in advance and unexpectedly half the white meat (Wings & Breast) weren’t cooked to correct temp. Very embarrassed having bloody chicken while entertaining family & friends SMH. Rest of the store is ok but man this deli has to do much better.

During the memorial day weekend, I decided to shop at Giant in Roslyn,Pa. I commend whoever made the decision to hire more employees. I was absolutely happy to see a supermarket being run the way I use to see supermarkets. All of the employees had personified customer service. That made me very happy. No sweat, no strain in finding what I needed. Giant, in Rosyln, please don't change. This was a pleasure to shop there for the holidays. 5 star plus.

I wish most of the cashiers wouldn't rush my food through the scanner for them to be pushed and squashed up against each other at the bottom before I can bag them . It seems to be a competition to see how much food they can pile up!

My visit to the local GIANT was a delightful experience. The store offered a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, and dairy products, all of which were of excellent quality. The aisles were clean and well-organized, making shopping a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful, readily available to assist with any queries. The checkout process was efficient, making for a smooth shopping experience. For anyone seeking fresh and quality groceries, I highly recommend GIANT.
