Fist time stepping foot into this bank….My experience here was great! I was referred here by a colleague, and I am so happy that I am now a freedom credit union customer! The service was great, and the people were knowledgeable and friendly! The process of opening an account for my business was seamless. It was a pleasure working with the associate who assisted me in opening my account.The parking lot is huge but neither is the establishment. The location is conveniently located right across the street from a huge lot with plenty of spaces.

I’ve been a member since I was 16 and had a joint account with my Grandmom. This is the most in convenient bank in the world. They’re not open on ANY weekends. They close at 4:30 pm. I get off work at 5:30. All of the branches are far and there’s not nearly enough of them. I can never rely on FCU to be open when I actually need them. I’m going to switch to a national credit union.

I hate this bank! Between the frequent outages on the app to the inconsistent and inconsiderate hours. Its ridiculous!!

Teller 0115 was not very nice to my wife. In fact, this teller was plain rude and, at times, disrespectful toward my wife during her visit at Freedom Credit Union. Is it too much to expect kindness and respect from the institutions safeguarding our monies?

Started out great. Super helpful, easily got a personal loan. Been banking with them for close to 10 years. Now it seems like the wheels are falling off the wagon. Deposit a pay check goes on hold for 2 days. Bank loan is due during the hold period. They empty my savings and checking and tell me the reason for the hold is because my loan isn't current. Seems to me that my loan would be current if you wouldn't hold my entire pay check hostage for 2 days. Now I'm sure I'll get banged for every overdraft. I'm looking across the street to the new Credit Union that opened. ?

I had a horrible over the phone experience with them, to the point where I was ready to cancel my membership. I decided to go into the branch on Jacksonville road to get my issue resolved. I am so happy I did Cheri was the sweetest most accommodating person. She listened to my issue she resolved it, and she gave me faith to trust the company again. I don't know how much she is making but she deserves a raise. She went above and beyond, me and my wife greatly appreciate it.

I have had an auto loan through Freedom for the past 6 years. I used to deal with a great person named Ian. But I have had to deal with two separate people the past two weeks to fix an issue with online banking. Both of these women were EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISCOURTEOUS. DUE TO THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING FREEDOM FOR ANY OF YOUR FINANCIAL NEEDS. At least until they figure out how to hire people who know how to deal with customers. I am the easiest person to deal with and very friendly but these two women were treating me as if I called and was yelling at them, as if I was a burden to them and taking time away from their relaxation. I am not sure what happened to Freedom but these women that I had the displeasure of speaking with are 100% the reason I will no longer use FCU. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE WITH KINDNESS, LEARN HOW TO HAVE PATIENCE, AND LEARN WHEN AND WHEN NOT TO SPEAK. Also, learn how to end a phone conversation with a client.

I was speaking with customer service and a woman named Sonia D. Harris was very rude and made many condensing remarks. I’ve been with Freedom Credit Union for 20 years and never have I been disrespected like that. One star review from me.

Is the ATM still out of order?
