When the big box retailers could NOT figure out the type of faucet stem for an old tub I needed - if I could find help that is... these guys figured it out in literally a few seconds. The stem is perfect fit, saved me a ton of aggravation.Thanks so much, I will be back!

Interesting that they have a self serve section. I was looking for a chrome S trap; looked around, could not find what I needed, asked for assistance, the young man was nice enough, but he could not help me, they just did not have the part, they don't have much in chrome stock. Typical corporate setup with young staff and only the most mass marketed plumbing supplies. Went to US Supply in Bristol and got what I needed,

So glad I chose these guys. The gentleman (Adam) behind the counter was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very patient and thorough even though there was a lot going on in the store. We will be back!
